The thing about grief is that it digs really deep into our souls and hearts, so the wound is painful and harder to heal than anything you have known.So, each time we lose someone, it gets unhealed and raw. The pain increases, and our coping mechanisms fail us at times.Grief will make some of us angry, and hurt. This rage will take over our lives, emotions, and happiness.During these times, society will tell us to numb down and get on with life. That is the worst thing you can do. You see, when the dark clouds surround the sun, it needs to rain.
