2020’s First Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Guidance

Cancer Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 2020

January 10, 2020 – 07:21 pm (GMT/BST)

This Full Wolf Moon is going to help us clean things up in our lives. The tussle between the mind and the heart has been happening for too long.  As humans we tend to keep doing the things to keep the status quo and often try not to ruffle any feathers.

The time has come however to take a deep look at areas of our lives that need to be reviewed. This means being true to yourself. Are you doing what you should be doing?

The sign of Cancer influencing the Full Moon means there is a very sentimental edge to this energy.  This will help you see your relationship with others and make the necessary changes to clear the way for a healthier relationship with yourself. We can outgrow relationships but still hang on whether its friends or family. Facing the truth and realising how you feel will help to release or shift the power struggle.

Eclipses can shake things up! So we will see some interesting news that will shake things up a little. Don’t fear this as it will bring some positive change.

The energy feels very direct and encouraging. We are being asked to get more organised and sort things out to prepare for a busy few months. This means getting paper work sent off, details looked and to stop procrastinating.

These are things that hold you back and stop the Universe from being able to manifest.

We are being asked to reconnect with people, find those who “get you” and step into our power.  There is so much divide and pain in the world right now so it is important to come together as one. This feels appropriate as the full moon is also called the Wolf Moon. As we know wolves hunt in packs. So look at areas in your lives where you need to work together or connect with others.

Mother Moon helps us find this in our hearts and lead the way.

For those who did my New Year ritual below just follow No 3 from the ritual for the Full Moon;

On Jan 1st evening – sit quietly or do this with the family even with the kids. Put some paper and pen around the table. Put some nice relaxing music. Here is my suggested list. Try each one and see how it resonates with you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owVazx83hcc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rY4oDD8ol_M or this beautiful music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=def3-73gR-U  Light some sage or incense. Close your eyes and breath in and out a few times until you feel the body relax. Allow yourself to let go. Let your mind drift along with the music.  Open your eyes when you are ready. Pick up the paper and start writing the things you NEED in 2020. E.g. – A new house, a relationship, a new job, a better boss, husband or girlfriend to be more understanding, more money, a new car etc. Put this into an envelope and put it somewhere visible. Write “Intentions 2020”  Put this in your Full Moon fire on Jan 10.

Full Moon Ritual:

You will need:

  • Sage
  • Safe pot or vessel
  • Lighter
  • Water
  • Glass bowl
  • Intentions list (pen and paper)

Instructions:

  1. Sage the house -Keep your thoughts positive, switch off the phone and focus on the ritual. Use good quality sage to smudge the house.  Put it in an unused heat proof bowl and place it on a tray with a lighter and a feather. Stand near your front door, close your eyes ask Archangel Michael to ground and protect you. Ask him to surround you with his healing light. Start smudging the front door using the feather to push the smoke to the area, and then walk around the house, letting the sage smoke touch every window, door, electrical product, pillows, bed  and things such as phones, laptops and tablets. End your ritual by going back to the door, facing north and send out a prayer asking for a positive and happy for you and your family.
  2. Cleanse your crystals – if you have any crystals in the house then full moons are the perfect time to cleanse them. This is particularly important with crystals that you use close to your body. Take note that some crystals are water sensitive. Do not put amber, turquoise, red coral, fire opal, moonstone, calcite, kyanite, kunzite, angelite, azurite, selenite into water.  Put the crystals in some cooled boiled water into a glass bowl and cover with cling film. Leave overnight to bask in the full moon energy.  You can leave the bowl with water without the crystals overnight and then dip the crystals and then place on a kitchen towel to dry off.  I have done this for a while with my water sensitive crystals without any issues. Use the water in your shower/bath or into your plants.
  3. Intentions list – This is an important aspect of manifesting and harnessing  Full Moon energy.  Do this before you start the ritual. Put some paper and pen near you and put some nice relaxing music. Pick up the paper and start writing the things you NEED right now. e.g. – A new house, a relationship, a new job, a better boss, husband or girlfriend to be more understanding, more money, a new car etc. Once you have smudged the house with sage, go outside with your list(s) and a fire safe pot or area in the garden. If you don’t have a garden you can use a safe pot and do this in your balcony. Put the rest of your sage that you used earlier into the pot. Hold your intentions list and close your eyes (outside). Ask Mother Moon to help bring you what you need. Burn each page slowly. I like to have a lit candle near me so the paper catches fire quickly and burns faster. Let it drop into the pot and let it burn. For those who did my New Year ritual and wrote down your intentions, you can go ahead and burn your list. No need for a new list unless you want to.

Happy Full Moon and Lunar  Eclipse!

Five Powerful Ways to Start 2020

Five Powerful Ways to Start 2020

Before you dismiss 2019 as a bad year – STOP and reflect on what happened over the past 12 months. Analyse every difficult situation to understand the learning lesson, how it pushed you to make changes. You see, if we dismiss each year like most do at the start of a new year, we miss out on vital knowledge that we need to react, do things and approach things differently.

The more we can analyse the challenges in the past, then the trends, patterns and learning points will be clear. You also start to see how you have grown over the year.

For example if you were forced to end a relationship with a friend or family member then once your have gone past the pain and negativity, you will find something in that situation that you can take forward.

Did you stand up for yourself? Did you realise that you shouldn’t have meddled in a situation? Did you feel better afterwards?

For example if the relationship ended because of your temper then you need to work on that in the new year.  Facing the facts will ensure you have the right tools in 2020.

Or perhaps you felt like a victim? The question is why? Was it the other person? What could you have done to change things?  Then it’s time to let go.

We have to be conscious of our actions and situations to be able to learn from them and do things differently.

There this is phrase that is used to death at this time of the year – New Year, New You. Well a change of dates doesn’t automatically bring about a new you!

Most of us drag our existing self along with the baggage and issues, into the new year but losing the baggage or changing its contents,  reassessing the route and tweaking the journey along the way will help you lead a lighter and happier 2020.

A lot of us set ourselves for failure at the start of the year as we feel the new dates will magically conjure up a totally new life and experience but then get upset as it feels the same the year before.

A more realistic and reflective attitude sets your expectations low and when things do turn for the better then you can rejoice at the achievements.

There are plenty of things to do to prepare energetically for the New Year.

Here are my top 5 tips:

  1. De-clutter and clean the house. Get rid of rubbish, wipe down the window sills, mop the floors, change the bedding, and vacuum the house. Do this ON or BEFORE December 31st . Do not do this on Jan 1st!  Do not clean or wash clothes on Jan 1st. It is believed that you will wash away your good luck if you do! Energy wise, it is good to clean and de-clutter as it changes the energy in the house and makes space for new things as well as luck.
  4. Balance: It is important to cleanse and balance the body as well as the home. Clear the energy with these Chakra tune up that you can either meditate to or put on your earphones and listen to as you fall asleep so it can work its magic as you sleep. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9WasL59vOs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCpBSnYBTM0
  5. On Jan 1st – as a final cleansing, mix in a tiny bit of turmeric powder in a cup of water. Use an unused cup or tumbler. Don’t use too much turmeric as it stains so you want very little. Close your eyes and breathe in and out before you start. Think of Archangel Michael or any God of your faith. I always think of Michael as well as Goddess Lakshmi the God of Prosperity. Say in your mind “(insert name) please bless this house and all of us with good health, prosperity and happiness in 2020”. Start at the front of the house and work your way through the house from top to bottom. Take a leaf and dip into the water and sprinkle the corners of each room. Go back to the front of the house and pour out any leftover water on the front garden.

I really hope you follow my suggested rituals above as it will truly change the energy for 2020 and bring you a lot of new changes that will enhance your life. Most importantly do it with a positive mind and focus on what you need in your life. The Universe has your back! Just give it a chance.

Please do leave a comment and let me know how it goes.

Much love,

Angela

Full Moon in Taurus Oct 24th 2018

Full Moon in Taurus Oct 24th 2018

If you have been experiencing some chaos or unexpected changes to your plans, these last few days then you are not alone. The Full Moon tomorrow does bring some uncertainty and is meant to wake us up. This happens when we get too comfortable and expect things to run like clockwork. For example I mixed up my appointments on Monday and was calling the wrong person at the right time. Luckily my clients do have a sense of humour and we got it straightened. Today I was heading to my office when I realised I did not have the key! Luckily I realised this almost immediately so I could run back to the taxi and he took me home. I found the keys which was tucked into my other handbag and found a £20 note which I thought was convenient as I had to pay the taxi and was running out of cash. I got into the taxi and he started to pull away but then stopped. He said, “You’ve dropped your money on the path” and yes, he was right! I dropped my £20 note on the garden path. He said it was strange as he caught it in the corner of his eye. We laughed about it and he said “well you are not having a great morning are you? I sat there and thought to myself, actually I am.
If I had realised I didn’t have the key when I got to the door, then I would have had to wait about 10mins for another one, by this time my first client would have arrived. It is nothing worse than standing outside waiting in the cold. I would have lost my £20 and paid £15 for my taxi which would have meant a loss of £45 BUT something made the taxi driver stop. Later when I was sat having lunch, I was proud of myself. Despite being all that, I did a darn good psychic reading for someone with everything spot on. It was being calm in the storm that helped me through this. I also had to laugh as I kept finding feathers all day – on the path where the £20 was, the lane into the office when I got back and then one flew on to my feet as I was walking home. I could have been angry, frustrated and totally annoyed that I forced to waste £15 but then it made me want to walk home as I felt I had spent too much on taxis today. I had a brilliant walk, listened to some lovely music and felt great afterwards. Today helped me realise that I was a lot more centred and calm despite the challenging day. I have always had anxiety and feel overwhelmed but today showed me something has shifted within me.
Finding calm in the chaos is going to be the theme for us this next two weeks because expect agendas to change, forgetfulness and everything turned upside down. There is method in the madness and you will see the reasons why. The Moon being in Taurus means it influences our desire to be safe, secure and resist change. The Moon meanwhile is all about change, transformation and releasing. This does create a push and pull feeling within us. How we deal with this determines how we progress in our path. This is a positive cycle as it helps us change our mind set, look at things differently and also open our minds to new ideas.
Secrets and desires – all those hidden away in our spiritual closet starts to get impatient. What are your secrets and why do they remain so? What do you truly desire? When is the right time to pursue them? Inner growth and the need to face our deepest emotions will be required this Full Moon. We are being asked to face our shadows and bring light into them. The more we ignore them, the more resistance we will see in our day to day life. Work on them as you will break the cycles you have been cast into. The shadows puts us into the victim, aggressor or rescuer roles. It is very tiring and draining to say the least!

As Venus is in Retrograde, it is time to review your relationships. This is not only for love but also extends to family and even friends. We will look at what is working and what is not. There is some excitement in this area though as many of us will renew our feelings for partners and there may even be some good news for those seeking love. Use the energy of the Full Moon to manifest your relationships – put on your wishlist who you want to meet and how you want to feel. Do your moon ritual before Friday, Oct 25th!
For those in a relationship – your self-worth will be in question. This is not a bad thing. It give you an opportunity to review and open up a conversation that needed to happen. If you have been experiencing a stalemate situation then expect the Universe energy to push you into making a decision or having to react to decisions made for you. Uranus will shake things up for us but it will leave us with the crud that we need to release. There will be some unexpected changes to the plan, opportunities that may come out of the blue. There will also be people entering your life this next two weeks. Yes it sounds hectic and challenging but just stay CALM. It will be OKAY!
There will be discussions about money. If you have been rather careless about money or disorganised then this Full Moon will teach you to change your ways. We are being asked to look at building our finances and the long term. Be open to opportunities that fall into your hands, which may not feel like one at first. Do your research and try to get as much information as possible before committing.
This is also a good time to be close to water if you can otherwise try to take a warm bath with some essential oils or some lovely scented candles.

Don’t forget to do your full moon ritual tonight, tomorrow or by Friday night. Sage the house, cleanse your crystals, write your wish list and then burn them. my FREE Moon Ritual Guide will walk you through the process.  Please do share & leave a comment if this energy guide resonates with you.

Happy Full Moon!

September’s Full Harvest Moon in Aries

September’s Full Harvest Moon in Aries

Full Harvest Moon in Aries

September 25, 2018 – 03:52 am (GMT/BST)

If you have been feeling pushed, prodded and put out to dry, then you are not alone. The Universe energy has been redefining us and helping us face up to the gritty aspects of our lives and personality to make room for better things since early this year. You need to get rid of the clutter before you redecorate it. This is how energy works, you have to let go of certain things to make room for positive energy. It is easy to wreck a room but hours to clean it up! This is what the Universe has been doing for us.

The autumnal equinox  the first day of autumn was on Sunday (Sept 23rd). This is when the equator passes the centre of the sun and gives the same amount of daylight in both the south and north poles. The days get shorter and the nights longer. Equinox in Latin means equal light.

This is the time we start appreciating the light, knowing that the coming months will be grey and cold.  We can draw lessons from nature’s life cycle and keep a hold of the light in our lives.

Honour the light within you. Give thanks to what you have to build on the abundance. The more you pay attention to and acknowledge the light within you, it will encourage more positivity in your life.

If you keep feeling negative then remember that you will be manifesting more of the same. So be aware what you are focusing on and manifesting. It will be a cycle that will be hard to beat as it will be your default setting.

Don’t be surprised if you have been feeling like you need space from people and from situations. There is a need to keep our energy and space clean from others. You will want to keep to yourself and remove yourself from difficult situations. Relationships may suffer or improve depending on where you are in your individual journeys. Some of us will want space between us and our loved ones which may cause the other party distress. You have nothing to worry about long as your communication channels are open. Explain how you feel and why you feel a certain way and ensure they are aware it’s nothing to do with them.

There is a reason for this. We are levelling up and our soul is trying to reconnect with Life Purpose- the reason why we have come to Earth. We all have a different reason for this life. Michael Jackson was here to create timeless music, inspire generations of musicians after him and maybe even make us more sympathetic to people with skin conditions. I can see this with Winnie Harlow who suffers from vitiligo. While Michael was ridiculed and suffered mentally from this condition, Winnie is celebrated for her appearance. It is beautiful to see her on front covers of magazines as a top model.

Your reason for being here could be anything from being a lesson to someone in your life to writing a book to inspire school children. Until you are aware of this, there will be a pattern of resistance that will occur again and again until you acknowledge it.

There is also a fire element to this Full Moon. So you will be pushed towards finishing what you started. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of you have been surprised by how fast things moved for you at the beginning of the month. We have a very productive window until the October 9th new moon.

As Aries can be a little fiery so remember your energy can be a little over whelming for others and you need to take a deep breath before reacting. I have mentioned relationships being tested so just beware that you need to balance your emotions this month.  You will be passionate about certain subjects and I feel there will be plenty to discuss in terms of a shakeup in global politics. So just keep a level head and be kind.

This Full Moon will test your emotions but push you to keep going towards your goals. It will also remind you to keep an open mind to be able to make way for positive outcomes. You will also be encouraged to make time and space for yourself. You will feel emotional and there will be some crying. Old wounds such as grief and traumas will resurface for you to reflect on. Crying is incredibly healing and sometimes we need it to wash away some of the build up stress and sadness that we store in our hearts and minds. Physical symptoms right now that people may experience are heady feeling, almost like a cold and tummy issues. This is because the energy is hitting us hardest in our solar plexus and Crown Chakras. If you feel overwhelmed then sage yourself from top to bottom, starting from the top of your head down to your 3rd eyes, heart, solar plexus down to your root chakra and let the energy flow down to your feet. I have been loving this beautiful calming music to mediate to this week.

Tonight is a great time to do your Full Moon Ritual. Below is a summary of what to do but for full instructions please read my Moon Ritual the most comprehensive guide to doing your moon rituals.

May’s Full Moon: Five things to do this week

The shifts of these last couple of months in 2018 has been intense and for some, life changing. There has been a number of new beginnings that has pushed us out of our comfort zones. This has been from a shift in our own ability to grasp reality, confidence to how we view the world. The obvious ones are career, relationship and where we live. Do not underestimate shifts to go with our emotions and thinking because they spark off massive transformations in all areas of our lives.

As we head into May’s Full Moon which falls on May 29th, which is in Sagittarius, we will have a huge urge to “break free” from traditions, restrictions and look to re-energise our relationship sector.  This shift will help those who are caught up in cycles – of addiction, love-hate relationships to playing the victim. Healing old family wounds or things that have shaped your relationship attraction will influence how you perceive your partner or even who you attract. If you are in a self sabotage cycle then you will always be pushing your partner away because it never feels right. This is a sabotage syndrome but also one of defence. The moment someone gets too close then you want to protect yourself.

Use this shift in energy and with the Sagittarius influence on the moon to see through all this and find your freedom within. Relationship matters will be the core discussion until June 15th. Don’t sweep it under the carpet, try to get to the bottom of the issue, why you feel a certain way or why someone is behaving in a way that upsets you.

Don’t be surprised if old flames or friends you are no longer speaking to, come stumbling into your life at this time. Lessons need to be learned and closure required to end the cycle. If you always feel like a “victim” then understand where you stand in the story and who is the aggressor.  Does it feel “safe” to be the victim? Do you need to change things so you have a different story line where you are neither?

If are always “rescuing” someone in your life from people, situations or emotions, which feel draining then change this. Give yourself the freedom to walk away.  Use this full moon to ask questions because they will come to you.

Many of us will start to feel more grounded and wanting to get in touch with our true feelings. You will also want to change your habits to include more fun and time for yourself.

Our dreams this week will be deep, vivid and some will be prophetic. Spirit will be able to step into our dreams so watch out for messages, symbols and ideas.

Five Things to do to get the most of this energy:

  • Identify the area you need to address
  • Write down how you feel about your situation
  • Write down your dreams this week – this is important!
  • Do your Full Moon ritual on May 29th
  • This is best done any time between now and the 30th. Allocate about 20-30mins or an hour if you wish. Find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and listen to this beautiful and uplifting Gaytri Mantra on your earphones.  Close your eyes, breath regularly and slowly.Try to sing along as that will distract your mind and allow your soul to speak. Keep paper and pen next to you. Write down anything that drifts into your mind. Allow yourself to let go and just follow the mantra and music. You will be very tingly and calm afterwards. Do this before you go to bed and you will sleep really well.
