December’s New Moon & Solar Eclipse

December’s New Moon & Solar Eclipse

The last week has been exceptionally challenging for me, and I gather from responses to posts on my FB page, for a lot of people! I felt like a hermit, and strangely felt the need to withdraw and go into a cocoon of my own emotions, pain, grief and stillness.

Within this, I was reminded of other people’s love and care for me from unexpected kindness to gratitude which helped to pull me back into reality.

I know, you like me needed to heal, embrace and acknowledge the pain or challenges that weigh us down, before we can release it to the New Moon – to begin a new cycle.

Humanity as a whole will feel a sense of optimism with this New Moon, as Sagittarius, an optimist sign that encourages taking a “leap of faith” and to transcend our situation. You may also feel your believes redefined, and sometimes even challenged this month.

If there is an area of your life that you have been avoiding, say for example – relationship, then be prepared for the truth to be revealed to you. It may not be great as we never like facing the truth of a situation, we often try to keep things swept under the carpet but the universe will find a way to push us into taking action. This is because it knows it will be in our highest good, to take a stand, deal with it and move on.

Sagittarius is a very adventurous sign. I should know! I am a Sagi baby! Totally adventurous, having moved countries and taking plenty of leap of faiths, and have this air of being a little reckless to those who are anchored in stability and security.

So if you have sudden urges of “to hell with that” and sign up for a course or deciding on doing something you would have never considered before, – GO with it!

Now let’s talk about the Solar Eclipse. I saw something online saying it was evil and a bad time. Not at all. The energy will feel heavier before (which is why we went through a difficult patch last week) but it will push us to reflect!

Now as we are heading into a new energy season (2021), and with the pandemic, a new level of consciousness, which has redefined our hopes, beliefs and emotions.

I can see it within myself. I went shopping yesterday and with all the huge sale signs all over, it was the best time to indulge. However I physically could not find any pleasure in “want”, because I was only focused on “need”. When I shifted my materialistic self into the energy of “need”, I realised I have everything I need. Yes there were small little things, but not another dress to wear on Christmas that I would wear once or never wear. I realised I had three such dresses.

Apart from a happier bank account from not over spending, I also feel pleasantly surprised and happier that I didn’t come home overloaded with bags of stuff. I have too much stuff, I realised. I need better emotions and experiences I felt.

The Solar Eclipse will cause a bit of a solar flare in the sense that we may have computer and electronics disruptions. This could be at home or at a national level, I wasn’t given more clarity on that. So do be careful with appliances, back up your computers and fix anything that seems to be on its last legs.

I should also mention what my Guides have been downloading to me all week – that Angels and Spirit Guides will be able to come closer to us and be able to do more. However as beings with no free will, they require us to ASK them for help. Call on them through prayer, meditation or just send out a call for help in your mind.

The beloved Sagittarius is an optimistic sign and always believes there is a reason to keep going and always looking for happiness. This is the time to reflect and pick out the good things that have happened, deeds you may have done for others and positive experiences, in order to start putting in the right seeds in for 2021.

This will prepare us for the Jupiter and Saturn Alignment on the 21st, otherwise known as the Great Conjunction. This will be a huge step in transformations and strong new beginnings.

New Moons are a good time to set your intentions to help you start the new beginnings cycle which will be intensified during this month’s full moon.

You can do the ritual below on the 14th or 15th evening.

New Moon in Aries – Time for “I”

New Moon in Aries – Time for “I”

Aries New Moon

March 24th 2020/ 9.28am (UK time)

These past few weeks have shown us both our vulnerability and adaptability. It has been a tough time for people who have to keep going to work, for those who have lost their jobs or salary,  those with anxiety and for children who are being told not to go out or mingle with their friends. We have seen the dark side of humanity – the greed and the lack of empathy for the vulnerable by stockpiling food and essentials, not following the Government policies on Covid-19. At the same time the amount of kindness pouring into the world right now is simply stunning.

It has been hard to stay calm and positive when Social Media is full of anger and complaints. I keep falling back into my heart chakra to keep centred. People have been angry and standing up for what they believe in – to be considerate e.g. leaving enough food for others, staying away from people especially the elderly and to be kind.

All of this is a wakeup call for us humans. We have been living out of our egos for too long. The Universe and Mother Earth has been pushed to extreme that something had to give. It doesn’t matter how the virus started, it is when it ends that is crucial.

Notice how the skies are clear and there is less noise pollution now? This time last year, my Facebook feed would have been full of people posting their holiday snaps and check-ins to some amazing places. Now I see posts about creative projects, homemade goodies and how their children are coping with the #stayathome situation. One friend even posted a photo of his badly cut hair as a project to entertain the kids!

This really shows how resilient and adaptable we really are. The Universe is also showing us that we need to get back to basics. The New Moon is encouraging us to take personal responsibility for our lives.

The energy is in SELF. How can “I” make a difference? How can “I” change my life? What can “I” do? These are the questions that will be swirling in some of our minds this week.

For Empaths and lightworkers, you will feel a little challenged. This may come from financial difficulty or feeling a little fragile spiritually. If you are self-employed then the climate of uncertainty will be difficult to navigate. Use your tools and inner wisdom to think out of the box. I know some who talk about meditation a lot but never actually do it to help themselves. Tap into your tools and listen to your soul. The ideas and inspirations are within you. I also feel some of us will be feeling a new “calling” whether it is spiritual or for your own sense of purpose.

This New Moon will help us review where we are putting our energy into. Reflecting on what is working and what is not. This is important as you will tempted to keep going and pushing in an area that is clearly not bearing fruit.

The physical effect of this New Moon is rather strong. Some of us may have had some very intense dreams, particularly feeling like we are “out of this world”. I feel many have been connecting with the galaxy. I have also felt very spacey and been waking up with a massive headache the last few days.

The New Moon appears on the 24th which numerology totals to 6. Six has a very loving and stable energy. It brings a message of choices and also about working together. It also shines a light on home life, many of us are experiencing it right now, except it feels very restricted due to the virus. When we add “3” (March) to 6, we get 9, which encourages us to integrate the physical, intellectual and spirituality. Nine is also seen as one that reminds us to control our impulses.

There is also a sense of “emptiness” which I relate to the solar plexus and sacral chakras taking a big hit from what is happening in the world. Recharge your chakras by meditating and focusing on these two areas.

Exercise:

Get yourself comfortable. Dim lights, incense and a comfy chair or seat on the floor.

Put this music on your earphones https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1D9zNi1uTL0. Close your eyes, take a nice deep breath in and release your breath slowly. In your next breath in, focus on the area between your chest and belly button. Just feel the area and imagine you are breathing in and out of that area. Listen to the music, relax and just go with the flow. Stop when you feel you are ready. Have some tea or water next to you to drink and chill for a while. Write down anything that comes to your mind.

Ritual

  • Smudge – Sage the house using good quality Californian white sage. Start at the front of the house and go around the house to push sage smoke all around the house. Finish at the same place you started. Use a small clean bowl of smudge bowl with a small amount of sage and add as you go otherwise you will overwhelm the house with smoke.
  • Take a moment to meditate and bring calm to your body and mind
  • Write down your intentions list. Put down five things you would like to manifest. Be specific and things you can realistically make happen with some effort. Putting down winning the lottery which has a complex energy will not be effective.
  • Sleep with crystals – if you have rose quartz, amethyst and or black tourmaline. Don’t worry if you don’t have all three. Place whatever you have into your pillow case and sleep. They will give you that extra energy buzz to bring calm in the storm right now.

In summary, it is important to stay positive and sensible right now. Put your energy into manifesting what you need to bring in a new cycle of energy to work with the Universe. Keep your energy field uplifted with music, meditation and positive activities. Time for self care and being kind to yourself.

I will be doing some lives on the Facebook page and group to give you some tools to work on while you are at home. So do make sure you LIKE my page. Do comment below if you have any questions or want to share your story.

Blessings,

Energy Guide – Oct 27th – Nov 20th

Energy Guide – Oct 27th – Nov 20th

Change or be changed

New Moon in Scorpio

28 October, 03:38am

There is so much happening energy wise right now that is affecting us physically. The New Moon in Scorpio on Sunday, October 27th  gives us a blast of transformation mixed with uncertain changes that some of us are trying to grapple with.

The transformation is to help us make changes within our structure – relationship to health. As humans we strive for security in relationships which form the basis of our being. A family structure that needs to evolve may cause a lot of distress at the beginning mixed with an inner knowing that it has to happen. We will go back and forth with decisions around shaking things up.

The reason for this is that the last strong Full Moons since June has shifted our need to be happy and to explore ways to make change. The decision is based on “what feels right” and on you even if it will cause upset.

This can range from moving to changing career that will have a domino effect on those around you. Ultimately you know what feels right for you, so trust your intuition.

Health will become the focus from now till January where many will seek answers for those niggly pains and aches. If you don’t feel right then get it looked at before it gets bigger than it needs to be. Mental health – depression and grief are important conditions that can cause lasting patterns in our overall well-being and have a knock on effect on relationships and career. This is the time to take it seriously and practise self-care.

Scorpio’s energy bring a sense of vulnerability into our lives right now. You will be shown the dark corners of our minds that we choose to supress and ignore. For those who are in this space, you may have felt or been made to feel extra sensitive lately. Embrace it and work through it. Try to understand why and what are the triggers.

You are being woken up and forced to face some home truths right now. Don’t be scared. This is a chance to transform and make the important changes to get you “unstuck”

Transformation such as these help us heal old wounds and learn from the past to carve out a happier future.  It allows us to let go of what no longer serves our soul.

It is about what you NEED not WANT right now. Our soul knows what we need but our mind steers us into what it thinks we want.

Try to think of this time as de-cluttering the mind and making more space for good things in your life.  We need to stop and take stock of what is going on, make changes and then plan for the future. As humans we very rarely like to do that as we have so much fear and hate to face our own truths so the Universe has to do it for us.

The New Moon influences our sleep patterns greatly but this time our dreams will be extra real and many of us are waking up feeling like they experienced conversations and situations that seemed REAL! There is a huge amount of downloads from the Universe so please pay attention. Write them down!

All Souls Day is on Nov 2nd so the veil between our two worlds will be thinner and your loved ones in Spirit will be able to visit, show signs and share memories.  Show them your love, light a candle or sit in silence asking them to come forward.

Another important aspect of Sunday, Oct 27th is the celebration of Diwali or Deepavali (South Indian) which is a festival of lights. This is a celebration good over evil. You can read an article I wrote about this a while back here

As I said the energy right now is shining light into the darkness that you wish to ignore. This has a positive result and will bring a sense of relief and enlightenment to you. During this process you may end up learning a bit more about yourself. For example if you have had anxiety about certain situations or people, there will be things popping in to force you to deal with it/them. You may well be surprised at the results and realise that you are no longer the same person you thought you were.

The Mercury Retrograde occurs on October 31st which typically means that travel and communications will be interrupted. This is a tricky time to purchase big electrical goods as there is always trouble – faulty items or disputes. I always find things break down around this time. It is annoying but sometimes items which were already old or faulty will somehow choose this time to cause trouble. So keep some money aside just in case for repairs. The Retrograde moves on after Nov 20th so try not to buy anything big until then. The Retrograde is also known to cause travel issues – cars breaking down, bad travel weather and even delays. Being prepared means you can plan ahead and be ready in case something happens.

The Retrograde tests our patience as communications can be rather awful. People will be sluggish and will take their time getting back to you. The other thing is that misunderstanding occur frequently as your intentions especially in writing could also be misinterpreted or you send something accidentally to the wrong person.

Computers and electrical gadgets are often an issue so make sure you back things up!

We have to be extra careful with our communications and beware of other people’s struggles as well.  Your priority may not be top of the list of someone else who may be swamped. We are being asked to be more understanding at this time.

Retrogrades means things may not be what it seem, it is subject to change and we must be prepared to compromise.

We are being asked to take stock of our lives and plan, because by the time Nov 20th comes along, things will move fast. So if you don’t have your ducks in a row by then, opportunities will be lost.

Here is my Moon Ritual for you to do on the 27th or 28th October:

  • Smudge the house with some sage or incense
  • Write down what you want to let go of
  • Write down positively what you want to manifest
  • Go outside after dark and burn the “let go” list first, really feeling what you want to release.
  • Wait until the paper turn to ash.
  • Hold the “wish-list” in your hands and really feel the elements on your list.
  • Burn it with a little sage if you have some.
  • Say “I am grateful for all the good things that will come my way”
  • Keep a note book and pen next to your bed to record down your dreams the next couple of days. See how it relates to your current situation.

Blessings,

Angela

Ten Steps to Start 2018 Positively

Ten Steps to Start 2018 Positively

The energy, like the stress levels rises up and down at this time of the year. We go through the stress, the happy phase and then a dip into the depression of everything being over so quickly. Before we can take a deep breath, 2018 is around the corner and then another stress pike hits us. Then the general deflation of going back to work and dealing with the endless advertising for gym memberships and diet deals slam dunk us into another vicious cycle of the blues. Image result for 2018

We do this every year and yet we start off the year with this brilliant hang over energy hoping to forget the year that has been and put all our eggs into the new year which is like telling a new starter in a company that they are to be this or that. Imagine the pressure of living up to people’s expectations!

The thing is, the New Year is LIFE. There are some things is in your control and others, that are not. You cannot control who will die, who will have a terminal illness, how your company is run and how that will affect your employment nor can you stop yourself from feeling unhappy.

You can however try to be kind to yourself so that will start a circle of good things around you, deal with situations better, go see the doctor if you feel ill and prevent a bigger illness, take care of yourself, attract the right people, and do more of happy. You can stop going into one relationship to the other, you can set aside time to study or improve your skills, spend time with people you love, plan things and be in control of what you can achieve in your life.

Start of 2018 in a more positive way. Here is a list of things you can put into practice before or on the first week of the New Year. You will need a new note book or a sheet of paper for some of the ideas below.

1. Learn from the Bad stuff

The problem with wishing away the year is that we miss out on the lessons or the positives that could push us forward in 2018. There are so many good things that have happened, bad stuff also have good things in them and lessons to be learned. Remember in the darkness there is always light, we just have to find it. What did you learn from that experience? Did you find that you were a lot stronger than you thought? Were you able to stand up for yourself in a positive away? Draw two columns in a note book or sheet. Mark one, “Situation” and the other “Lessons”. You can also add another two column to indicate date/time and another for “Positive/Negative”. Now write down as clearly and succinctly as possible what happened and the in lessons, think of how you overcame, reacted or learned from the situation. There is no right or wrong answers, this is about YOU and how it affected you. If you decided on the positive/negative then indicate what the outcome for you was. You can list as many or as little as you want. Once you have finished, take a look, read through and see how your words make you feel and look at how many positives or negatives occurred. This is a great exercise as if you encounter similar or recurring situations in 2018. You can go back and see the pattern forming and you will have another revelation or learning to uncover. For 1-7 I found this piece of music so relaxing and really helps to put me in a very tingly, mindful and calm zone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2l8gD4mQty0&list=PLdp-VfHDBb-aoG5A4fQGH-nHAOTVB37dY&index=43

2. Letting Go – This is simply to put on paper, the things you feel you need to “let go” off – emotions, attitudes or habits that you feel stops you from going forward

3. Spring clean – start the New Year with a clean slate. Decluttering the house can be the start of the clearing of the mind. Get rid of the things you don’t need. Do this in a mindful way so that you are not thinking of anything other than what you are doing in the moment. Give away or throw but get the house in order. This helps to get your own mind in order and focused.

4. Gratitude Jar – this is a good time to open your jar and start reading the good stuff that happened over the year. If you don’t have one, then start a new one for 2018. Get an old large jar and decorate it as you will. Write down your day or week’s highlight into the jar as often as you can. Open up and read around this time next year.

5. Friends & Family – write down a list of people you would like to spend more time with in 2018. This is even people you are no longer speaking to or haven’t been in touch with. Put down an activity or even a place you would like to be with them, next to their name. Make it a realistic list and an activity. Go back later this year to reflect on how you can make it happen or be surprised at who calls or messages you in the year. Write down another list of people who make you feel bad or guilty. Let this list serve you when you encounter the same patterns the coming year. You have choices and options. Never feel that you MUST or NEED to spend time with anyone who makes you feel bad.

6. Write down five things you want to see happen in 2018. This is about YOU so leave out your children, partner or friends. Just about what you want and need.

7. What do you want to transform this year? Is there a part of you that needs transformation? If there is ONE thing that the Universe could do for you, what would that be? Emotion, relationship, career, health, mental clarity, money….etc

8. Find a moment between now and NYE to meditate. I love this piece https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6AqsXW09fU&list=PLdp-VfHDBb-aoG5A4fQGH-nHAOTVB37dY&index=55 for meditation at the moment. It makes my body relax but also create a very beautiful space around me. Create a space and time for yourself so you won’t be disturbed. Leave your notebook or a sheet of paper next to you with a pen.You can do this for 10mins or an hour, totally up to you. Make yourself comfortable and put on the music. Close your eyes and breathe in and out a few times until you feel your body relaxing. Focus only on the chant and let your mind drift to the words. Now set an intention to relax and to feel positive. Write down any thoughts, ideas or words that come to you when you open your eyes. Read through later and think of what it means to you.

9. New Year Smudging & Energy Clearance

Clear the energy by smudging the house with sage. I prefer white Californian sage but you can use frankincense or just a bunch of your favourite incense.  Put on this Mahalakshmi Gaytri Mantra as you do this this chant is calling on Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth to come grace you with good fortune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEcn2Bvakr4 Start the north most area of the house or flat and work around clockwise with the sage, focusing only on your 3rd eye and putting out an intention to clear the energy and for good stuff in 2018. Try not to be distracted and try to keep positive. When you get back where you started, put your palms together and welcome Lakshmi to your house. You can also ask Archangel Michael or any of your preferred deity instead of Lakshmi. Guide to Smudging

10. Vision-board – create your vision-board with images or words that resonate with you in terms of what you want to achieve in 2018. I am doing a comprehensive manifesting day so please do come along if you can. Here are the details: Ultimate Manifesting Workshop

I hope this has offered you a positive and uplifting start to the New Year.  Please do share this with friends and family so they can get a great start too!

November’s New Moon – New Beginnings minus the “junk”

These last few weeks since the Beaver Moon on Nov 5th has been challenging for most. In my free guidance earlier this month, I spoke about  Force Majeure which is about superior force or something out of our control. How many us faced situations not unlike a tornado with spiralled out of our control? I know I had one where I felt I was caught in the middle of the eye. I was put under considerable stress and prodded to breaking point. Luckily self control and diplomacy helped but my goodness, it was intense. One of the main themes of the last full moon was “water” and this lead to very disruptive emotional state of mind and communication problems.

Emotions were definitely running wild, within our minds as well with our relationship with others. Bear in mind that this year is all about transformation and change. This means that the change is triggered IN us so there is a domino effect in terms of how you get along with people, feel about them and even treat them. The change within will determine the rest. So yes, the next couple of months till February will be emotional and communication can break down if were are not careful.

The New Moon in Scorpio brings some stubbornness and determination. Don’t try to cut off your nose to spite the face in trying to “stand your ground”. Consider your options and listen to what people are saying before you react. There may be some truth in it or learning lessons so don’t dismiss everything as a negative.

Scorpios are generally very passionate, focused and want to know more. New Moons are the start of a new cycle and a fresh start to old problems. So think of what you are passionate about and how you can change your focus, to make it work for  you. A change in perspective brings new solutions that were otherwise hidden by our one dimensional outlook.

This New Moon encourages us to “declutter” in more ways than one. How many of you have been feeling like you need to downsize or declutter the home? You may be looking at reviewing your friends list to see who has been “naughty or nice”.

Imagine you want to climb Mt Everest but have a big trolley bag with you instead of a bagpack. You have the wrong luggage and too much of the wrong things with you, weighting and slowing you down. The moment you stop being stubborn and throw out the stuff you don’t need and only take with you in a smaller bag, what will be useful, will you succeed in your journey. As difficult it was to let go and get rid of the “stuff”, which are familiar and what you thought you needed, it felt good to have less.

Now imagine that the stuff you threw away were negative emotions such as procrastination, self sabotage, anger, addiction to food or substance or even people, stubbornness, laziness, passiveness or even defeatist attitude, or people – those who bring you down, encourage you to stay in your comfortzone, those who push your buttons, those who tell you what you “want” to hear, then your load will be much lighter. The universe can’t help you manifest the life or the things you want if nothing changes in how you live your life. It can push you into the right direction but you need to be in the right mind set to see the opportunity and to accept it. Nothing will change until we get rid of the “junk” in our lives, freeing up space for new ideas, people and emotions.

How to help the Universe help you?

  1. Write your intentions list – put down all the things you want to let go off. Be realistic and don’t try to hide from yourself. Put down exactly what frustrates you about you. Why do you think some of the situations occurred in your life? Be honest and stop blaming others. Put it down on paper and let yourself free. Take it out on Saturday evening and face the night sky and feel the energy of Mother Moon. Speak to her in your mind and go through some of the negative situations caused by your own limitations. Tell her that you are ready to let go. Say this three times – “I let go, I let go, I am ready to let go” Burn the list in a safe place and ensure the flames are out before you enter the house.
  2. Smudge the house using Frankincense or White Californian sage. For detailed instructions read my free guidance
  3. Cleanse your crystals – You can either drop your crystals in a bowl of filtered/cooled boiled water with some selenite to self cleanse or leave it outside to be fully energised and cleansed by moon energy. Use the water the next day to water your plants.
  4. Declutter  – the house. Get rid of things you really don’t need. Create space for yourself in the house. Giving things away can be therapeutic. Put pen to paper to see who has been creating most of the drama in your life recently and ask yourself if you need to step away from them for a while?

Happy New Moon and New Beginnings to you all!
