March’s Full Moon – Escape the Ego Trap

March’s Full Moon – Escape the Ego Trap

Release the Ego to see/feel better. The Ego Trap is when we only want to see what we want to see. We only want to hear what we want to hear. Freedom to see the whole picture is what pushed us forward not back. We don’t need anyone to tell us what are faults or limitations are but the ego trips us up in a state of denial or worse, the “I know better” . Facing our dark side is not failure or admitting weakness. In fact people respect people who can acknowledge that they in fact don’t know something but willing to learn more about it. I see a lot of things in spiritual world. Some will never want to admit they aren’t familiar with a particular aspect of spiritual work in fear that clients or followers won’t see them as a subject matter expert. The ego will push people to attempt to “know” something they don’t and often it shows  though the assertive language and vague messaging. It is better to let go of the need to a human Google and show a touch of vulnerability because we are only human and can’t “know” everything. I know because I tried to when I first started off and now I am happy to admit I don’t know things! Don’t mean I am not a good medium if I don’t know about Fairy energy for example! Image result for ego trap

This is important because the less Ego comes into play, the more we grow and transform. If we don’t release then we have no space for anything else. Therefore everything remains the same. How can change occur if there is no space for transformation? Yet many of us will complain that nothing is changing. It can only change if we shift our perspective and energy.

Some people, often the ones most affected by the Full moon energy would have experienced digestive problems these last two weeks. This suggests inner turmoil and a build up of resentment. The body protests against the mind. Toxins have two layers – the physical and the spiritual layer. The toxins in our physical layer remains in the blood stream and organs. The other clogs up our spiritual layer which can then form patterns or cycles of self sabotage and blocks in our ability to manifest and live our lives. Both need to be released and rejuvenated. When you consciously release your old limiting believes and inner darkness, then the body relaxes and detoxifies naturally. If you have had issues with diarrhoea these last two weeks then your body is already starting the “let go” process so now the mind needs to follow suit.

The more you hold in the bad stuff then the hard it gets for the good stuff to get to you. So if you have had constipation the last two weeks then your spiritual layer has been struggling and clogged. Your body is showing you how it feels and wants a deep release (no puns intended!).

Finding the light in the darkness helps us stay positive and bring in good things. If you refuse to find the light they you will stay in the darkness. This Full Moon is all about choices – stay in the dark or find the light.

Release stubbornness, the need to be “right” and find the happiness from within. With a strong Pisces hold on Virgo, the Full Moon asks you to release your fear of change and to embrace freedom and to be more flexible.

Investigating Woodchester Mansion – The Medium’s Perspective

The long dark, winding roads set the scene for the night. Mark, Lynda and I were headed to Woodchester Mansion, a famous house about 35mins from Gloucester. I refrain from finding out too much about the venues so I can work from a clean slate. It is highly rewarding for a medium to later learn that the information retrieved during an investigation matches up to the history or information of Spirits from other investigations. We met up at the village pub, which was about five minutes away. As this was a last minute event, to help out another group that were not able to run the event, we had to ask the staff for the best way to the mansion.

Woodchester Mansion Main gates

It was cold and damp outside which made me feel a tad anxious that I wasn’t wrapped up warm despite my four layers. We were also warned the restrooms were in a temporary building across the carpark. Once everyone was ticked off the list and important announcements were out of the way, the Fright Night’s official car led the convoy to the mansion. The caretaker was waiting with the gates open. We were told to drive carefully and to beware of scouts walking around in the woodlands. It was 1/2 a mile in from the gates to the house. The road was littered with potholes, dark and very atmospheric. I suppose it was the type of approach you would expect in a Hollywood scary film. I was really excited so I kept doing little breathing exercises to keep my emotions at bay.  I couldn’t wait to rush out of the car to have a closer look at the house.

Unfortunately the rain, earlier had made the ground muddy and slippery so we made our way to the entrance as slowly as possible. There were lots of “oohs and ahhhhss” as the guests tumbled out of their cars.  Image may contain: night, house and outdoorSome has come as far away as Manchester and Portsmouth. Paranormal fans are a dedicated lot and some even come with their own equipment. Woodchester Mansion is well known within the paranormal community and has been featured on TV shows apparently. The expectation was high and the energy was building up. The guests went off for a venue tour while I sat in the quiet to meditate and quieten the mind. Mediumship and Spirit communication takes focus, mental clarity and deep concentration. I always take a few moments to just do that and open my senses to the spirits around. It is a nice way to manage your energy and put you in the right frame of mind to work.

Mark led our guest investigators for the evening back to the base room for a cuppa before we headed out for a quick walk through with me, to see what I sense and where. We went upstairs to the bathroom which was pretty impressive size wise. I straightaway sensed an older gentleman bent over with a walking stick in his pyjamas. What was interesting was that I felt the room layout was different and that one of the walls was built to cover or alter a passage way. I wasn’t sure if it was connected to the building on the site now or before. Often during investigations, the information that pops into my mind, is not restricted to the existing building. I remember the Ostrich Inn, took my back to beyond the 11th century. Spirits have no limit therefore anything goes!

I couldn’t help feeling there was layers to the history of the land before this building was erected. Down the stairs to the kitchen, I sensed three Spirits, one of whom was more prominent. He was blond, lean and had trouble communicating. It felt like he had trouble fitting in and this was in a regimented group of men who were far from home. I saw that they had taken their own lives by means of hanging. I felt very sad and I could see them being bullied and being misunderstood. They were a long way from home and young men who missed being with their family.

In the kitchen, the cook  was handing out water biscuits or something similar that were dry and horrible. He also told me about how the people in the surrounding area brought in potatoes and other produce from their farms. He made me aware of being “abandoned” and that there were not enough supplies which caused the soldiers there considerable distress. They were isolated and in the middle of war and I couldn’t shake the feeling that they were “forgotten”.

We went down to the cellar which had lots of little rooms which were cold and dark. I heard Irish music straightaway and felt there were at least  four Irishmen who had worked in the “house” as general labour. The downstairs area was where the staff would have lived along with the animals. They told me about how they would play the music, dance and make the best of a difficult situation. The energy was light in the corridor but as we moved into the room to the right, it changed into a heaviness that most of our guests felt. There was a mix of energies and it felt like the room had been used to incarcerate men at some point. There was a sadness and defeat in this room. Image may contain: one or more people and people standing

I felt really drawn to work in the last room in the cellar for the “mediumship” session. Fright Nights tries to give their guests a full experience during their events so you get to take part in the mediumship seance with a medium, various divination methods, and the technology aspect using K2 meters, devices using radiowaves and so on.  So we gathered the troops to the cellar after our well deserved cup of tea.

The first group saw one of the ladies being pushed just as I was in the middle of communicating with a hooded monk. He was tall at least 6′ 5, strong and wore a black hood over his face. I sensed that he would have taken the vow of silence or something similar as he was reluctant to speak or was unable to do so. She was pushed twice and the other two people by her side, holding her hands, felt it as well. We switched her to the other side of the room and let her sit down.  Spirit can be as overwhelming as someone living who is very intense. We have physical reactions when they step into our auric field. this is why some of us feel goosebumps, feel cold or sometimes even feel heaviness. I felt the Monk was just unaware of his own strength and was too close to the lady but meant no harm. She felt the push again but then a warmth going up her leg. I connected with the energy and felt it was her left leg and it was a dog. I kept seeing a light brown and a dark brown/black dog. I wasn’t sure if it was one or two. When I said this aloud, the lady said she had a mixed dog with exactly the same type of parents. Obviously the dog(s) sensed this and was attracted to her. In the other groups, I sensed a lady called “Jane” who would have run or administered the household staff. There was a feeling arrogance or self importance with her. She had the flapper look that was prominent in the 20’s and there was a love of parties and organising with her. I was also aware of a rich gentleman who would have been a lot older than her. He had white snowy hair and was “old money”.  She had put her hopes on his money however he would have passed before anything was signed. Again I couldn’t stop feeling that this was not to do with this house. I couldn’t hone in whether it was from somewhere nearby or whether from a different time in the land use e,g there was another house/building where the original stands.

The corridor also looked very rough, narrow and darker than it was today. It felt very different and unrefined. In the last group, we had some knocks and there was a light that flashed inside the corridor. We had trigger items all around but none of these were activated. There were no other light source so it was an interesting moment.  In the last group, I saw a big bronze or brass eagle emblem or crest on the wall where I saw the Monk. It was dark but shiny and well kept. I also saw Lady Justice, who is often seen as balancing justice e.g scales of justice.blindfolded lady with sword in right hand held vertically down to floor, and a set of balance scales in her left hand held neck high

I wondered afterwards if it was to indicate an American link to the land but I have to say I dismissed it as my logical mind kicked in to say “what are the chances?. I haven’t checked the details yet but I would be interested to see if there was an American link to the place.

The highlight of the evening was when we went out into the corridor with the last group. There were a bunch of enthusiastic guests from Manchester who have been to the house who were feeling a man around them, change in temperature and noises in the corridor.  We stood on opposite sides of the wall in the dark, asking Spirit to communicate with us. I kept seeing faces in front of me and sensed at one point a man standing right close to me. It was like they were coming around us to take a look. I saw one of the Irishmen step out from one of the rooms with his fiddle. A guest asked about his job and the Irishman responded in my mind, by showing me heavy sacks on the back of a carriage. I saw him in his long workmen boots and a vest with a leather back and a cap. I felt the weight of the sack he was carrying and felt things like onions and potatoes in them. He felt like such a fun character, full of life and such a character to get to know. He told me he was originally from Cork in Ireland and that his “mammy would be so proud”. His name sounded like “Patrick” but it wasn’t exactly that but sounded similar. I am not too familiar with Irish names.  A number of the group members felt the presence of spirit but then the real highlight was about to start.

We were looking at the fire escape at the end of the corridor when I started seeing orbs moving across towards us. Eventually a green/blue light appeared like the Northern Lights between us. It was simply stunning and I was pleasantly surprised that some of the guests were also able to see it. During the free time, the guests went about the house on their own with devices such as trigger items. They were all very tired but also seem to be very impressed by their experience.

If I thought that was the end of it, well I was about to be surprised. I took some photos whilst waiting for everyone to leave. I was rather surprised by what I captured.

No automatic alt text available.

The photo was captured by my Samsung Note 3 camera with flash. There was no mist or cloudy air around this area which was close to the house. I have only lightened the photo so the images are slightly clearer  and circled the points of interest, otherwise no other alterations have been made. It was very obvious on my phone screen but it needed a little light for clarity. There you can see the darker dog straight away and next to it on the right, you need to turn it around, the lighter dog. There is also a woman’s face on the smaller circle at the top.  There were a few other light streaks but this was just amazing so I had to share.

I hope this has been an interesting read and it gave you an idea of what it is like to be a medium at an investigation and also the stories of the people who have lived before us. Their stories are as rich, eventful and meaningful as ours. Please do drop me a comment if you have had similar experiences, if you want me to investigate a property or if you want to join the Fright Nights team at our next event.

November’s Frost Full Moon Guidance

November’s Frost Full Moon Guidance

I am a lucid dreamer and I also receive messages through my dreams. I often find myself in very immersive dreams speaking to my guides or father, waking up with guidance that I share here or personal ones which give me clarity on a situation.

I keep a dream journal next to my bed and I write down what I remember. It has been very useful as very often it makes absolute sense either for the day or even weeks later. Writing it down means you can track patterns emerging, feedback on outcome and understand how each message resonates with your life. It builds trust between yourself and your subconscious as well as your Spirit helpers.

This morning I woke up with the words ” Force Majeure” imprinted on my mind. I wrote it down but it seems to wash heavily over my physical and spiritual body.

Force Majeure is Latin for “chance occurrence, unavoidable accident” or “superior force” and often used on legal contracts. According to Wikipedia “is a common clause in contracts that essentially frees both parties from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or an event described by the legal term act of God (hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.), prevents one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract. In practice, most force majeure clauses do not excuse a party’s non-performance entirely, but only suspend it for the duration of the force majeure.”

So I have been sitting here today reflecting on this message and what it means for me and, perhaps for us in general. It resonated firstly with what has happened in the last two days at home. On Monday the vacuum cleaned died, which wasn’t a huge surprise as it was on its last legs as it were. Although it is an expense we don’t need right now, it also means we will be getting a new, more dynamic cleaner that wasn’t such a chore to lug around.  Coincidentally, my new laptop had a serious systems failure which I found out was due to an Windows update that encrypted some files when the system was unable to (or says my IT expert husband). It was an expense laptop so I was very upset to think that it was completely fried and I would need to buy a new one.

I was panicking inside but I decided not to ruin dinner time and went to play badminton with friends. I had a great time but I was worried. I got my husband to take a look at the laptop afterwards and with a little research, he managed to fix the problem without losing any of my files or data.

I went to bed thinking of this and wondering if there was some sort of energy flare that is hitting us hard, causing  electrical faults to come to light. The message this morning was related to my thoughts and general question to the universe. The answer was Force Majeure, meaning there is a superior force at work. A burst of energy surrounding earth can cause disruptions especially close to the Full Moon. People often find electrical items breaking down or trouble with cars or machinery coming to light at this time. Look at the photo of the moon I took last night at 8pm. There was an orange ring surrounding the moon, which I thought looked like the flame of the candle. This to me also strongly reminded me of Moon Energy which is a painting I created intuitively a few years ago after a deep meditation.

This weekend’s full moon is called the “Frost Full Moon”  or sometimes the “Beaver Moon” which is dedicated to water and the coming of winter. Most of us have been questioning our own feelings – good and bad, our sense of direction and even relationships have been under scrutiny. At the heart of everything, is our relationship with ourselves and how we treat ourselves will reflect on all other aspects of our lives. The Frost Moon digs deeper on this subject and brings up a very emotional theme, from last month’s New Moon. Most of us have been running on auto pilot, not acknowledging our feelings or wants, just letting life go past us. Our soul purpose/mission will not allow that, in fact intervention is necessary to put us on our right course again. So ask yourself, what are you trying to suppress?  What are you failing to acknowledge? Are you failing to deal with your grief, let go of something or someone? Sit and reflect and the answers will come to you. Be true to yourself and see it for what it is. You may be feeling like you need to cry recently and you know what? Sometimes tears can really release pent up emotions and give you clarity.  As water based souls, full moons can be dehydrating so ensure you increase your intake of water.
Saturday’s full moon falls on a number “4” day which relates to practicality but also focus is emphasised on the home life which relates to the emotional theme that surrounds this moon. You are being asked to be practical and organised when dealing with things at home. Home life will take priority so if things change and you end up not doing what you were supposed to be doing, then just go with the flow. No use fighting something you have no control over.
The full moon is in Taurus this month which explains why we are all feeling a little tender and sensitive. Venus is also an influence at this time so romantic feelings and looking at the past with rose tinted glasses will be something we will be doing a lot of. Your subconscious will try to make you look at relationships clearly and for those who are sensitive, you will become acutely aware of where the negative energy comes from.

“4” is a number of chance so be prepared for things out of your control. Fighting it can only lead to frustration and resentment. This day also encourages you to create and shape your future so put your practicality and wisdom to work. It is also worth mentioning the “Force Majeure” again, as the water element popped into my mind as I am writing this. Water damage can be one of the issue we could be facing at this time. Either by natural forces of by something that has been an unknown issue but will come to light and cause some damage. If you know there is a problem around the house be proactive and not try to sweep it under the carpet, hoping it will go away. I do feel there may be problems with wind damage as well. Its not so clear to me right now but I can feel the sheer force of the wind around me. Interesting to see how it will play out. I think most of the storms around the UK at least have eased off a little so I do hope I am totally wrong as so many have suffered recently around the world.

So what is the theme for this month’s full moon? Deal with your emotions, be prepared for the unexpected and start beavering away to prepare for winter. Time to get productive and balance our emotions so it doesn’t get in the way of our dreams.
7 Things you must do this New Moon!

7 Things you must do this New Moon!

Super charge your ability to manifest and “let go” of things using the Goddess Energy and New Moonhappy-deepavali-2016-photos

Deepavali is the time of enlightenment, love, family, friendship and happiness. It is also a very sparkly and bright time as people will be wearing very colourful and shiny clothes, tables heaving with delicious food, fireworks and light lamps everywhere.

It is called the “Festival of Lights” (Deepa means lamp/light and vali means the path or in some interpretations, row).

This year it falls on Sunday, October 30th, 2016. Deepavali is the celebration of light over darkness. A time to rejoice as good has won over evil.

Houses are cleaned, things thrown or given away, sweets and special food made, invitations sent out, prayers and rituals observed.

So what is the myth or history as to why this wonderful festival the highlight of the Hindu calendar?

Rama & Sita’s return to Ayodhya

One of the main legend behind the celebration is the Return of Sri Ram To Ayodhya. The prince of Ayodhya , Lord Sri Ram’s wife Sita was kidnapped by the evil King of Lamka, Ravana.  Like any loving husband, he tried o free his wife. This turned into a  full fledged war but Sri Ram and his supporters managed to save his wife and defeat the evil King. When they made their way back to Ayodhya, exhausted but relieved, they were greeted by a show of support and love by their subjects. All the houses were light and little diyas (earthen light lamps) lined the path into the kingdom. The love of Sita and Ram is legendary and the people showered them with love, light and flowers to welcome them back.

Deepavali is also the incarnation of the  Goddess Lakshmi which falls on the new moon day ( Oct 30th). She is the Goddess of prosperity and brings with her moon energy. She apparently appeared during tussle between the demons and the Gods above the sea, causing deep unrest in the tides and fear in the people around. Her incarnation brought peace, harmony and good news to earth. Today she is worshiped by Hindus and even those who may not know of her significance, as the Goddess to pray for wealth and feminine energy. Lakshmi is traditionally worshiped through a special “puja” on the day of Deepavali. People tend to leave sweets and flowers around her pictures or statue and ask to be blessed with wealth and happiness for the coming year.

The death of Narakasura
Krishna said. ‘Narakasura! This is Satyabama…She is actually an incarnation of Bhumadevi…’ Both Satyabama and Narakasura looked at Krishna with surprise as Krishna continued, ‘She incarnated with the special purpose of defeating you…I could never have defeated you…Only Satyabama could…so I pretended to fall unconscious and the rest was done by her…’ Krishna said looking at Satyabama with pride. Satyabama felt a deep understanding within herself. She realized the truth in Krishna’s words. She took Narakasura’s head in her lap and cried out, ‘My son! Why? Why did you have to follow such a dark path…Why did you…’

Narakasura stopped Satyabama, ‘No mother! You are not responsible for my choices…I chose wrongly and you fought me for what you believed as right…You have done the right thing…I am glad to call you my mother…’ Narakasura breathed his last….

Even to this day, Narakasura’s death is celebrated as the victory of light over darkness…It comes on the second day of Diwali as ‘Naraka chaturdasi’. Diwali which is a festival of lights actually celebrates the triumph of right over the wrong…

What does this mean for me?
That all sounds great but what does this mean to us in a more spiritual context? Remember the New Moon is always the start of the “letting go” process and by the full moon, little by little, we will have these different elements to our lives – people, personality traits, behaviour, old belief patterns, trauma, anger, unhappy memories, pain and even grief that no longer serves purpose in our lives, become clearer and ready to let go.

Everything is supercharged this weekend. Your clarity and vision is enhanced so you will have a clearer list of things you need to release and a definite idea of what you NEED in your life. Goddess Lakshmi is a manifesting enabler but she doesn’t discriminate. So if your thoughts are full of anger, hate and negativity then so be it. You will be unconsciously manifesting it if you are constantly thinking it. Keep your mind full of positive and enthusiastic future thoughts and this will be your manifesting pledge to the universe.

The significance of Good over Evil, Light over Darkness — this relates to all of us and spiritually speaking, it is a reminder that whatever your circumstances, light and good is possible. Don’t let your circumstances NOW determine your LATER.  It is very easy to fall into the very human trap of staying in your comfort zone. If you are in a bad place, it is also a “comfortable” place and so many of us find it easier to stay there because we fear the unknown.

As someone who has dealt with depression and trauma for most of my life, I have struggled so much between light and dark. Yes, there were times when I stayed in the dark but I scrambled out in search of the light as I always knew there was a better place. The one thing that has made me stronger and wanting to live another day is HOPE.

Guidance for this weekend and the coming week

How do we take advantage of the amazing gift that is being showered into our very existence this weekend and the week after? What can we do to ensure that we release, shed and walk into the light? Leaving behind all that no longer serves us? Entering the realm of  a positive live, motivation, happiness and wealth?

Below is my power packed 7 step guide to accelerate your manifesting and letting go:

  1. Forgiveness – When you forgive, you let go and release the cords that are attached to you. It may feel that the other person(s) have won but in reality it is you that is winning as you no longer allow them to influence your thinking, how you feel and what you do.
  2. Circle of Love – be with people who make you happy and smile. Be very conscious of how people make you feel. Ask yourself after spending time with someone or a group of people “how do I feel? Happy, drained, angry, sad, belittled? Change who you spend time with. Be uplifted, happy, smile and joyful – not judged, angry, sad or down.
  3. Meditate –  Calm that busy mind of yours with some relaxing music, incense and connect with your inner self.
  4. Moon ritual – Make some time to do my special moon ritual which takes only a few minutes to do but you will be surprised at the results if you keep at it and believe in it! Get your free copy here.
  5. Goddess prayer – If you have an altar then leave some sweets and flowers for Goddess Lakshmi. You can print off a photo from the internet and use it as your focus.

Say this little prayer :

Goddess of knowledge and education

Goddess of knowledge and education

Om Mahalakshmyaye Vidmahe, Vishnupriyaye Dhimahi, Tanno Lakshmth Prachodayath

You can also play this chant which gives me goose bumps everything I listen to it as you do your Moon Ritual and chant along with the lady as you go about smudging and cleansing the house.

Say this Lakshmi Gayathri mantra with an open heart and full of love. Imagine that you have this opportunity to speak to her direct and ask her for a happier and prosperous life. Believe it or not, but these mantras were not accessible to common people in India for many centuries as it was a huge secret among the the royals and those close to them. So we are indeed very lucky that this is all available to us so easily.

6. Keep your thoughts positive – When you think of what you want in your life – be positive about it. Just because things haven’t worked out now doesn’t mean it will stay the same. So focus on what you need in your life and believe that it WILL come through!

7.Connect with Mother Earth – whether you go out for a walk in nature, perhaps live close to a beach (or on holiday near one!) or just go out t the garden and walk barefoot on the grass – get close to Mother Nature. Moon energy is radiating this weekend. Get connected!

Happy Diwali, Deepavali, New Moon and Happy Manifesting!

When Spirit makes things happen…..

When Spirit makes things happen…..

Today was a rather emotional day for me. I lost touch with a friend I know socially but only found four years ago that she had lost her fight with cancer.

When I met her about seven years ago, she had been in remission for a while and back to leading a normal life. Such a lovely, positive and cheerful lady who brought smiles to everyone. I still have her messages and her cards to my husband and I for our engagement.

Such a beautiful, kind and friendly lady taken too soon. Anyways I messaged one of her close friends though Facebook to find out where her final resting place was.

I never got a reply so I just assumed that it had been a year since she passed and perhaps the friend found it too emotional to respond and left it.

For the past week or so, I have had this urge to go visit this particular cemetery in Braywick. In fact I kept getting messages about it and the words hanging heavy in my mind. But I just put it to my fascination with cemeteries.

I love wandering around the graves, speaking to them and reading the messages of headstones. You can learn so much about the history of an area and the people by the messages, dates and names.

This morning I received a response from her friend who never saw that message I sent four years ago.Reaching out

Guess where my friend was buried? The very same cemetery that has been calling to me. Needless to say I dropped all plans this morning and made my way there. My friend wanted to be “found”.

As I got into the car, a voice said “white roses” and I rushed over to the nearest florist to get some. In my eagerness to visit her, I forgot to ask her friend where to look for her grave!

So imagine me wandering around thousands of headstones in the cemetery looking for her name. I was so emotional that I even forgot her surname! Luckily her friend responded to my frantic messages and pointed me to the right direction. I placed the flowers by her and paid my respects. She was with her mom and dad so I said hello to them too! I felt peace, gentleness and love around her.
I always say that Spirit intelligence is superior and the learning never stops. I decided today that I need to take my thoughts or messages more seriously. Isn’t it remarkable that I was getting messages about the cemetery a week before a message that was lost in the system for four years dropped into my lap? My sense is that she wanted to be found and there is one more thing I am aware of but not at liberty to discuss here right now. Image result for white roses

Earlier, I passed by a gentleman’s grave and I heard him say he “didn’t quite believe in mediums” and I said “well I can’t make you believe in anything you aren’t ready to believe in. However how do you think I can speak to you then? He explained he was very scientific and pragmatic so it was still a mystery to him. I can’t remember his exact date of passing but he has been in spirit for many years. I know from my experience with my dad that despite being spiritual he was terribly skeptical about it so he continues to be so in Spirit.
It was an interesting day to say the least. I found some messages from her which uplifted and made me smile. Thank you for reaching out to me.
So if you keep thinking about someone, a place or anything that hangs heavy in your mind then try to address it. Write it down in your journal and see what happens. Is someone reaching out to you? Are they giving you a sign or message ?
