FULL MOON GEMINI LUNAR ECLIPSE

The Full Moon on Monday, November 30th is a lunar eclipse.  There will be a sense of urgency to put “seeds in the ground” which means you will be driven tie up loose ends or putting things into action for new ideas. If you find yourself signing up to a new course, or feeling the need to speak to certain people or have a spontaneous urge to do something – go with it! 
What you do now will see fruit later next year. It may range from updating your knowledge, putting into motion an idea or taking up an offer. This hits our communication areas – the throat chakra seems to be rather active at the moment so there will be an urge to revisit conversations with family and friends. It may be a delicate matter so having had some time to think, you will be able to find a reasonable and amicable solution to an old problem or discussion. Some of us may even reconsider our position in an argument.


This Full Moon will illuminate our own personal flaws and our own culpability in certain situations. This is a tough one for most people as while we are quick to find flaws in others, we often hide away from ours.
If you are planning on doing any travel at this time (hard to do with lockdown but if you have to) then be prepared for last-minute changes. 
This will be a great week in terms of finding inspiration, being creative and tapping into new thoughts that could lead to brilliant ideas brought to life!  Keep your ears and eyes open for signs, however, the biggest challenge will be to keep your MIND open. The Universe can push the best of opportunities in front of us but if we are closed to ideas then its a missed opportunity.

Gemini’s influence at this time will help us with our communication as long as we step back, to think and have a clear idea of what we want before acting. It will help us clear our minds and let go.  So expect to be processing your feelings and reflecting on past arguments this coming week.
Full Moons illuminate certain areas of our lives and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but intuitively guided to say that health will be in focus for many of us. We may get news about our health that will force us to make changes or deal with medical professionals. Please do speak to your doctors if you feel something is wrong. Full Moons combined with lunar eclipses are a little extra, so it will push us to face the truth that we try to hide from so that we can in the process, release and heal.


You may even find yourself opening up to someone to discuss your inner darkest fears which will help you process a past hurt. The lunar eclipse will help bring closure to and old pain and consequently, release and let go.  
Some of you may have been feeling very angry and irked in the last week. I have seen a lot of arguments online which got out of hand, sometimes for the silliest of things. There has been a rise in anger and frustration. Try to dig deep to find the source of this anger.  Is something popping up to be healed and released? This is a good time to practise forgiveness which helps us release negativity and blocks from within. Do this simple but powerful exercise below.


Forgiveness Exercise:
Create a comfortable space for yourself. Light some incense or sage. Put some soft meditative music/relaxing music and sit comfortably. Pick a time when you know you won’t be disturbed. You want the space to think, feel and release your emotions. It is hard to do it with distractions. Put your phone on silent. Just relax with the music and breathe in and out. Try to breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts and release your breath slowly at 5 counts. Do this at least three times and it will give you a deep sense of relaxation. 


Bring to mind a person who has hurt you or a situation where you can’t get over.  See in your mind’s eye the person(s) who may have done you wrong.  Try to see as much detail as possible – what was said, the person’s face, the voices and emotions. Now say to yourself “I am ready to let go and forgive” and then “this no longer has a hold on me” and then notice how you feel.  If you still feel anger and powerless then do it a few more times until you feel a sense of detachment and that you have let go. 


This is a great time to do this exercise as we are on the final leg of 2020, a difficult and life-changing year of learning and change. This will help you leave the baggage behind and ready for the new year.

For those who have been following my energy guides, you know that I pay extra attention to Full & New Moons. These are potent times for energy, the lifting of the veil and have a huge impact on mankind.

Now when a full moon particularly coincides with an eclipse, the energy is magnified and things speed up. So yes, it is important to understand and take advantage of these energy hot spots when it happens.

Those who are aware know when to take action and when to keep still. For example important decisions are best kept on the back burner during a Mercury Retrograde. People usually encounter endless problems and miscommunication during this time. I can’t tell you the number of times someone has messaged me to say “I wish I had read your guide before I bought xx or signed that because it’s been nothing but problems!

Tonight, the just as the Moon completes its cycle and turns full, a lunar eclipse will take place in the sign of Sagittarius. This will affect our life purpose and direction for the next two years at least.

I have said before that our collective consciousness has shifted during #lockdown and will continue to have an impact on our thinking and most importantly, – feelings.

What was a priority in January will not make sense to us post lockdown. There will be more people appreciating nature, wanting to change career and even take a break to travel or move.

Sagittarius influence will help activate the “wanderer” in us. Hungry for knowledge, curious about the meaning of life and breaking free from formal structures.

A lunar eclipse alongside a Full Moon will trigger our emotions. Some of us will be feeling heavy, go deep and face some home truths in order to process these deep-set emotions. You know the saying that it has to get worse before it gets better? Well the feelings will be amplified for you to work on and then release. This will help you with your personal development.

Some of these may be grief, past hurts, or highlight issues in relationships or family

Empaths are going to feel the energy strongly this week. The Moon, Sun, and Earth are aligned today which so it will have a double impact on mankind as a whole. Some of us will feel this more than others. Empaths are open channels when it comes to feeling energy. I know I have been waking up with a terrible headache, feeling very thirsty and my hips and knees, have been very achy. My dreams have also been extra vivid and galactic. Write down your dreams and thoughts as you may receive information that could help you.

It is important to practise self-care and to look after yourselves at this time. Try to avoid being triggered and if this means time off from social media and interaction with difficult people then do it.

Most of us will have to change our mind set where money and materialistic pursuits are concerned. We may need to make do, sacrifice some things and be more careful with money. You don’t need me to tell you that the economy is going to suffer and things will not get back to normal for some time. The more acceptance of this fact will help us move out of this situation with compassion and calm.

According to the Old Famer’s Almanac, June’s full moon is called a strawberry moon which coincides with the wild strawberry season.  Beware of people’s agenda and try to see the full picture before committing to something.

There is a new path – a new way of living, new goals and ideas popping in. So pay attention to dreams and scrutinise your thoughts this week. “Why am I feeling this way” or “Why do I keep seeing this?

The veil between Spirit and our world is also thinner which means Spirits have an enhanced ability to communicate with the living. This could be through dreams, that voice in your mind, signs from nature to even activity in the house. If you have something strange occur in the house then speak to them. Ask them to make the lights flicker, or just ask questions to allow them to respond in some ways. Just remember that Spirits come with love and they miss us as much as we miss them.

We will have the opportunity to put into practise what we have learned in the last couple of months, for some it could be a new skill or business idea, or even pursuing and area of study. A new path is opening up with its up to us to develop an idea or opportunity.

A lot of people are angry and triggered at the moment. How we react is important. Instead of staying in anger and letting it double in size, use it to make a difference. Try to understand the emotions that keep cropping up within you. Use meditation, mindfulness or nature to process and release.

FULL MOON RITUAL

  • Smudge the house with some sage or incense
  • Write down what you want to let go of and burn it outside
  • Write down positively, what you want to manifest and burn it outside
  • Put your crystals in water, cover & leave it outside to energise in the moon energy.
  • Keep a note book and pen next to your bed to record down your dreams the next couple of days. See how it relates to your current situation.
  • Create space and time to meditate. The more you meditate during full moons, the sharper your intuition.

Root Chakra Meditation

I found this beautiful music from Meditative Mind incredibly grounding and calming. Listen to this whilst sitting on a chair with your feet on the ground. Close your eyes and breath in and out several times. Take deep breaths and hold for a few second and exhale very slowly. Slowly let your focus drift to your root chakra. Easiest way to do it is to feel your coccyx and feel as though you are breathing from your root chakra. This will energise and activate this very important chakra which is where our sense of security, foundation, self and grounding is held.

This month’s moon is supposed to be the largest super full moon of the year, illuminating the dark sky with its light and energy.

The message I received about this Full Moon is healing & love. I feel that the days before and just after, old wounds will appear in our lives. This will cause some friction and even anger. Did you see something that made you rage with anger? Did someone take your ideas and pretend it’s yours?  Did you feel let down by someone? Has your ego been bruised lately?

People are understandably one edge right now with isolation, being told what they can and cannot do, financial setbacks to spending time with people they don’t get along. Don’t expect too much of people right now, as some may be suffering silently.  People tend to use social media to put the “good” and “nice” things but feel ashamed or too shy to share their pain or fears.  So beware of that still waters run deep right now. Be understanding and be patient.

Full Moons have this pesky habit of bringing up old wounds because somethings need to be healed, and lessons need to be learned in order for us to grow and help us wake up to our own spirituality.

So heightened emotions and feeling drained is common during this time.

It also helps us to differentiate between the petty and the vital things that we hold on to. The less attention we give to the petty, unhealthy habits or reactions, the more power we have to deal with the big issues.

For example if you helped someone and they let you down, then you have a choice – confront them and/resent them for it OR be angry – then let it GO. The first action will start a cycle of drama that could take over focus on the real issues in your life, and cause a divide between friends or family. There are no winners in this situation. Keeping resentment causes health issues and stress and I have seen this so many times as a healer. Our body absorbs the energy we put into it. Our cells have memories and so does our subconscious.  There comes a point where start to learn that letting go or as Taylor Shift says, “Shake it Off” actually is a more positive and winning solution for us.

So when these situations appear this week, look at how you react and learn from it. Also take into consideration the “behind the scenes” and motivations of people. Are they speaking or acting from a difficult place or are they just idiots?

Ask yourself, what you will gain from reacting negatively. How would not reacting or being kind affect your life?  When old stuff appears, it gives us a chance to do things differently. So take a step back and think carefully before you press “send”. This is a chance to HEAL the situation and to heal your own feelings about the person or persons.

For example, if you left a job a few years ago and resent the way you had to leave, but never had the chance to have your say, then this may be an opportunity to do it without the emotions clouding your words.  Your old boss may be in contact through a mutual acquaintance. This may bring some raw emotions back to you but it could also be time to let them know how you felt about the whole thing. You never know, she or he may have something to say that may surprise you.

Libra’s influence will help you strike a more diplomatic stance whilst speaking your truth. It is also helps with conflict resolution so expect some global events between now and May 15 that will surprise everyone.

The Full Moon is in Libra which is about balance but also about others, which with the Aries influence is all about our relationship with others.

Remember that Full Moons, especially Super Full Moons are sweet spots for manifesting. Therefore whatever you put out, you will receive. If you are putting out negative emotions, curses or wishes to others, that is what you will receive.  Be aware of your language and words these next few days.

Put positive and pure energy into the Universe to receive your wishes, hopes and joy for the future.

I mentioned Love, as another theme of this SuperMoon. I feel many of us will feel a sense of “no one cares” right now. Easily felt if you are home alone and social distancing. We should all be focusing on self-care and using this time to bring more love to ourselves.

How do you self-care? Spending time doing things you love, being kind to yourself and enjoying your own company. Not many people feel comfortable spending time alone. I guess I am weird in that respect as I really do love it. I have travelled on my own for years (even after I was married!), go off to the cinema, take walks, picnic and a good book in the park in summer.  I like the quiet so I can meditate, and sit in silence so I can hear my soul. I know, I know I am weird!

So use this time that we are given to read the books you said you would read, watch the programmes you never had time for, call or zoom the friends you haven’t seen in ages, be close to Mother Nature by working on the garden or just bask in the sun. Fill your house with scents of sage, sandalwood or frankincense.  Meditate, do yoga or do some art. Or if doing nothing is what you FEEL like doing, then go ahead. Don’t feel bad by others who may be packing their days full of stuff to keep busy. It is their choice and you are your own person. Whatever that you do, enjoy it and don’t feel guilty.

How to Release Anger Exercise

  • Get some paint or pastels. You can use any kind of paint – acrylic, poster or washable. Arrange it infront of you.
  • Get some paper – can be art paper, printer paper or from a sketch book. Best if it’s a little thick but doesn’t matter.
  • A fireproof bowl or an empty plant pot (not plastic)
  • Matches or lighter

Create a nice space – light some incense, set up a comfy chair with a table infront of you. You can also sit on the floor with all the materials on a protective sheet.

Meditation

Do the exercise AFTER the meditation above:

Select three colours that you are drawn to. Fold the paper in half. Put a little of each colour in the middle, in any way you are drawn to. Put the paper on the protective sheet and press down. You can move your hands in any way you wish.

Don;t forget to take a photo. Let it dry and then after you have done the Full Moon ritual, put it into the fire to burn.

Imagine that all the negative emotions you have stored about a person(s) is in the fire and that you are ready to let go.

Cancer Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 2020

This Full Wolf Moon is going to help us clean things up in our lives. The tussle between the mind and the heart has been happening for too long.  As humans we tend to keep doing the things to keep the status quo and often try not to ruffle any feathers.

The time has come however to take a deep look at areas of our lives that need to be reviewed. This means being true to yourself. Are you doing what you should be doing?

The sign of Cancer influencing the Full Moon means there is a very sentimental edge to this energy.  This will help you see your relationship with others and make the necessary changes to clear the way for a healthier relationship with yourself. We can outgrow relationships but still hang on whether its friends or family. Facing the truth and realising how you feel will help to release or shift the power struggle.

Eclipses can shake things up! So we will see some interesting news that will shake things up a little. Don’t fear this as it will bring some positive change.

The energy feels very direct and encouraging. We are being asked to get more organised and sort things out to prepare for a busy few months. This means getting paper work sent off, details looked and to stop procrastinating.

These are things that hold you back and stop the Universe from being able to manifest.

We are being asked to reconnect with people, find those who “get you” and step into our power.  There is so much divide and pain in the world right now so it is important to come together as one. This feels appropriate as the full moon is also called the Wolf Moon. As we know wolves hunt in packs. So look at areas in your lives where you need to work together or connect with others.

Mother Moon helps us find this in our hearts and lead the way.

On Jan 1st evening – sit quietly or do this with the family even with the kids. Put some paper and pen around the table. Put some nice relaxing music. Here is my suggested list. Pick up the paper and start writing the things you NEED in 2020. E.g. – A new house, a relationship, a new job, a better boss, husband or girlfriend to be more understanding, more money, a new car etc. Put this into an envelope and put it somewhere visible. Write “Intentions 2020”  Put this in your Full Moon fire on Jan 10.

Full Moon Ritual:

You will need:

  • Sage
  • Safe pot or vessel 
  • Lighter
  • Water 
  • Glass bowl 
  • Intentions list (pen and paper) 

Instructions:

  1. Sage the house -Keep your thoughts positive, switch off the phone and focus on the ritual. Use good quality sage to smudge the house.  Put it in an unused heat proof bowl and place it on a tray with a lighter and a feather. Stand near your front door, close your eyes ask Archangel Michael to ground and protect you. Ask him to surround you with his healing light. Start smudging the front door using the feather to push the smoke to the area, and then walk around the house, letting the sage smoke touch every window, door, electrical product, pillows, bed  and things such as phones, laptops and tablets. End your ritual by going back to the door, facing north and send out a prayer asking for a positive and happy for you and your family. 
  2. Cleanse your crystals – if you have any crystals in the house then full moons are the perfect time to cleanse them. This is particularly important with crystals that you use close to your body. Take note that some crystals are water sensitive. Do not put amber, turquoise, red coral, fire opal, moonstone, calcite, kyanite, kunzite, angelite, azurite, selenite into water.  Put the crystals in some cooled boiled water into a glass bowl and cover with cling film. Leave overnight to bask in the full moon energy.  You can leave the bowl with water without the crystals overnight and then dip the crystals and then place on a kitchen towel to dry off.  I have done this for a while with my water sensitive crystals without any issues. Use the water in your shower/bath or into your plants. 
  3. Intentions list – This is an important aspect of manifesting and harnessing  Full Moon energy.  Do this before you start the ritual. Put some paper and pen near you and put some nice relaxing music. Here is my suggested list. Pick up the paper and start writing the things you NEED right now. e.g. – A new house, a relationship, a new job, a better boss, husband or girlfriend to be more understanding, more money, a new car etc. Once you have smudged the house with sage, go outside with your list(s) and a fire safe pot or area in the garden. If you don’t have a garden you can use a safe pot and do this in your balcony. Put the rest of your sage that you used earlier into the pot. Hold your intentions list and close your eyes (outside). Ask Mother Moon to help bring you what you need. Burn each page slowly. I like to have a lit candle near me so the paper catches fire quickly and burns faster. Let it drop into the pot and let it burn. For those who did my New Year ritual and wrote down your intentions, you can go ahead and burn your list. No need for a new list unless you want to.

Full Moon in Taurus Beaver Moon 

Full Moons are all about completion and often very illuminating (pun intended).  We see things come to full circle around the full moon (1-2 days before and after) especially things that started on a new moon or the last full moon. Over the years I have kept track of certain aspects of my life and see this link emerge and found it absolutely fascinating. This is one of the reasons why I write these guides and share my knowledge with my readers.

When we see these links, and then join the dots together, patterns appear and offer us the full picture. Image this being a treasure hunt and the purpose is your life. Interesting right? Life would be much easier to navigate if we knew then to start a new job or the right time to get into a relationship or the type of people to avoid. We know this but as we grow older, the more information gets pumped into our senses and the more caught up we are in LIFE as we know it, that the light that is inner knowledge, dims.

This month’s full moon will illuminate certain areas of our lives from relationships to health. Cracks are starting to appear and show themselves to you. The time has come to focus on fixing it not patching things up and hoping they will go away. So expect hidden truths to be revealed to you in the form of health to truths that need to be dealt with. If you have been trying to hide from yourself then the universe will make it impossible to ignore.

2019 has been a year of up and downs and unpredictability. Shows you where you are most vulnerable to help you fix things. Health in particular – yours and others close to you would have been a focus. Tells you who you need to prioritise and to take better care of yourself.

The first half of 2020 will be busy trying to find solutions. It will be pointless if you don’t know what you need to resolve, hence the energy is doing it for you now. Be true to yourself and try to see what you know need attention.

Collective consciousness is being pushed forward by unrevealing vulnerability – from politics, weather to our loved ones. The reason for this is that the way forward is to work together, to support and nurture together. We cannot stand alone and hope to be counted. We are being asked to help, share and be there for others. This is the only way the world is to survive.

I suppose many of us in this very modern world think the system will do it for us, but actually it is in the hands of everyone to make sure we are okay. There will be system failure in the New Year but I don’t know how it will materialise just yet. I am sure though that we will have to work together to help each other.

As a result, people’s struggles will be more and more visible. Many of us will want to share our pain and stop trying to do it alone. Instead of being judged (will happen but rise above it), there will be support.

This is a cleansing and powerful Full Moon because of the influences – Scorpio ad Taurus! These power animals pack a punch and bring immense strength. Scorpions are small but powerful yet the Bull is big but a hardworker plus very loyal.

Taurus influences our need for stability, loyalty and planning the future while Scorpio tests our patience. The two energies will bring a push and pull effect on our material vs spiritual alignment.

How will it affect us? Well we will need to have more balance in terms of our material needs e.g money, clothes, earthly pleasures while embracing what our soul wants – spiritual contentment, calm, happiness, your body, life purpose and community.

So with Scorpio influencing the Metro Retrograde right now, there is a battle of wills – yours and your Soul. Taurus doesn’t like change but the Full Moon and the Retrograde is all about CHANGE.

Your situation and our world cannot move forward without change. If we had all resisted technology then there would have not been change and advancement in humanity. If there had not been change, then the old regimes will still be in full force. Change shakes up our sense of stability yet it also stabilises us in the long term.

So if you are going through a divorce or a big career change, then yes it will be difficult when it happens but once it is over, you will find that it happened in your best interest.

Our values are bring changed and challenged. More and more people will be taking to the streets and I see that happening by the February Full Moon as well. In fact this will make decision makers have to listen to the collective voice.

Taurus with the influence of Venus brings about love in all forms. Relationships to seeking to learn to love yourself better. Some of you will benefit from travel and learning from other cultures to grow. Travel has taught me to adapt and also to open my mind. I have lived in three countries and been around the world, sometimes in difficult circumstances. I would not be the person I am without travel.

This Full Moon will also shine a light on your emotional needs. What do you want more of and what do I need to let go of? Can I help someone else? There is an opportunity to take someone under your wings and show them the way. You will feel uplifted and energised by this.

Your boundaries will also be tested. Are you too rigid? Have you put up a fence so strong that no one can reach you? Past hurt will come back into your life and will test you. This is necessary to help you understand where you are with your boundaries. It will also help you heal and let go.

The next few weeks will also test your patience with other people. With the festive season looming, most people will be under pressure to buy gifts, present the best Christmas table and have to deal with difficult people. So patience and pressure sometimes cause tempers to flare.  Take a step back and think before you act.  It works both ways, if you are feeling angry then try to take yourself away from situations that frustrate you.

The Native Americans call it the “beaver moon” or the “frost moon” which is not hard to understand due to the weather in some countries. The beavers take shelter and load up their food supply at this time. So this is the time to prepare for the next few months. Therefore we are being encouraged to work on the areas of our lives that need to nurtured, feed our curiosity and start looking at the future.

THREE THINGS TO DO NOW

  • Do your Full Moon ritual to ensure you manifest what you need and let go of what you don’t.
  • Pay attention to your dreams. Loads of Spirit activity and messages from the Universe right now. Write them down the moment you wake up and see how it relates to your situation.
  • Meditate! Create space and time. Leave pen and paper next to you. Listen to some calm music and just breathe. Focus on your 3rd eye and allow yourself to fall into a calm space. Write down whatever falls into your mind.
