May’s Full Moon: Five things to do this week

The shifts of these last couple of months in 2018 has been intense and for some, life changing. There has been a number of new beginnings that has pushed us out of our comfort zones. This has been from a shift in our own ability to grasp reality, confidence to how we view the world. The obvious ones are career, relationship and where we live. Do not underestimate shifts to go with our emotions and thinking because they spark off massive transformations in all areas of our lives.

As we head into May’s Full Moon which falls on May 29th, which is in Sagittarius, we will have a huge urge to “break free” from traditions, restrictions and look to re-energise our relationship sector.  This shift will help those who are caught up in cycles – of addiction, love-hate relationships to playing the victim. Healing old family wounds or things that have shaped your relationship attraction will influence how you perceive your partner or even who you attract. If you are in a self sabotage cycle then you will always be pushing your partner away because it never feels right. This is a sabotage syndrome but also one of defence. The moment someone gets too close then you want to protect yourself.

Use this shift in energy and with the Sagittarius influence on the moon to see through all this and find your freedom within. Relationship matters will be the core discussion until June 15th. Don’t sweep it under the carpet, try to get to the bottom of the issue, why you feel a certain way or why someone is behaving in a way that upsets you. 

Don’t be surprised if old flames or friends you are no longer speaking to, come stumbling into your life at this time. Lessons need to be learned and closure required to end the cycle. If you always feel like a “victim” then understand where you stand in the story and who is the aggressor.  Does it feel “safe” to be the victim? Do you need to change things so you have a different story line where you are neither?

If are always “rescuing” someone in your life from people, situations or emotions, which feel draining then change this. Give yourself the freedom to walk away.  Use this full moon to ask questions because they will come to you.

Many of us will start to feel more grounded and wanting to get in touch with our true feelings. You will also want to change your habits to include more fun and time for yourself. 

Our dreams this week will be deep, vivid and some will be prophetic. Spirit will be able to step into our dreams so watch out for messages, symbols and ideas.

Five Things to do to get the most of this energy: 

  • Identify the area you need to address 
  • Write down how you feel about your situation
  • Write down your dreams this week – this is important!
  • Do your Full Moon ritual on May 29th 
  • This is best done any time between now and the 30th. Allocate about 20-30mins or an hour if you wish. Find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and listen to this beautiful and uplifting Gaytri Mantra on your earphones.  Close your eyes, breath regularly and slowly.Try to sing along as that will distract your mind and allow your soul to speak. Keep paper and pen next to you. Write down anything that drifts into your mind. Allow yourself to let go and just follow the mantra and music. You will be very tingly and calm afterwards. Do this before you go to bed and you will sleep really well.

June’s Full Moon in Sagittarius Unleashes Freedom and Self Discovery

The Full Moon in Sagittarius gives us emotional clarity that comes from deep within our hearts. Try as you may to hide what you really feel about people, your life or even areas in the your life, the truth will resurface. This is the time to trust the universe and let her guide you to a more full filling life. This is because we have been cluttering our spiritual layer with “dirt”, the by product of not facing our truth. Like a rubbish bin that is full, there will come a time when you have to deal with it. Empty the bin so you have space for more.

Take a few moments the next few days to reflect on what you are not facing and what you need to release from you life to be able to more on. What is holding you back and what are you unconsciously holding on to? Do you have a dream that you have tucked away and refuse to accept is part of your destiny? Are you refusing to sign a document that will release you into a new adventure because you are scared? 

Full Moon in Sagittarius brings you FREEDOM from Within. Unleash those dreams and let go of things that no longer serve you.  

Use the Full Moon energy to discover your inner desires, explore your feelings and find ways to express yourself. Some of us will find that we will be focusing on passion and having fun this coming week. Sagittarius energy is playful and energetic so expect the unexpected in your social life.

Caution comes in the form of spending money. Unless its absolutely necessary, try not to spend money these next two weeks. Keep a hold o your money and stay clear of unnecessary purchases. The energy will lead you astray so better to be safe than sorry!

 SEVEN THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND

  • Smudge the house with sage or incense tonight or Friday evening
  • Write your wishlist – things you WANT in your life
  • Write down things you want to LET GO 
  • Put your crystals out tonight or tomorrow evening to cleanse and energise them

  • Pay attention to any dreams you may have this next couple of days. Our soul and Spirit use dream time as a way to send us signs and messages. Keep paper and pen next to your bed.

The Full Moon arrives at 2.10pm on Friday, June 9 so your ritual can take place tonight or tomorrow evening.

Supermoon October 27 2015 – Your true potential

The final super moon of 2015 is heading our way tomorrow. The energies from the last two supermoons in August and September has been intense and some of us have been put through the mill but some of us have showed ‘em who is boss and stepped into your true potential.

Take a step back now and think about what has been happening since August. How did you deal with a difficult time? Did you hear news that broke your heart and your world? The question is…..not what but “how” did you deal with it? Did you let self-pity and remorse swallow you or did you take action?  In every negative action or situation, there is a double positive waiting to happen. Learning lessons await in every situation. Unfortunately most of us close our hearts the moment something bad happens. Bad can mean different things to different people. It could be not being able to get a ticket to a concert, failing an exam, finding out you have a medical condition, a cancelled holiday, breaking up with your partner to something so devastating as losing a loved one.

If I look back on my life, I can now see that while my last big breakup was devastating, I now see that it spurred me to make a life changing decision to move to the UK. I would never had done that if I had just let that relationship define me. I kept getting signs – synchronicity was happening all the time and dreams were vivid at that time. I remember waking up one day and the thought of moving came into my mind. With heart break and fear, clouding my mind, I initially dismissed it. But then the more I thought about it, my heart opened up and I started to picture myself in London. Obviously I was thinking of the likes of Notting Hill and Kensington, not the reality of Tooting Broadway! But the more my heart was open, I was able to really connect to the vision. I listened to my intuition and took action even though I had barely any money to my name or knew anyone in London.  I am truly grateful as I met my husband at the end of my first year and married him two years ago! I would never have met him if I stayed where I was.

How about someone who just heard they have cancer and have six months to live? There is no right or wrong way to deal with that sort of news. Some of us may be strong enough to contemplate spending the first few months running a campaign to raise funds for cancer research for example. Some of us may change the lives of people around us for the better through finances or by being an inspiration.  There could a child in the family who would go on to study medicine to help find a cure for cancer. The possibilities are endless! There is possibility in imPOSSIBLE.

So reflect on all that has happened in the last few months and how you have dealt with it.  Write it down on paper or electronically – whatever is easier for you! You need three columns – one for when, what and how. When it happened, what happened and how you dealt with it. You can add a fourth column – outcome.

Someone came to see me a few months ago and the reading was all about her taking charge of her life, acknowledging what was happening and making things happen. I saw her twice and the message didn’t changed, except for some more additional information. There was only so much a reading can do…nothing will change unless you do! Since then I have seen how she has taken something that has made her so unhappy and turned it into an inspiration to help other people. I can see how much confidence and self-worth she has gained in such a short time. She has also found her voice! I can see from the side lines how she dealt with the issue and the outcome. It’s a big deal so don’t dismiss it. Putting it on paper or where you can go back now and then to update and reflect on what has happened and how far you have come. It also allows us to evaluate where we are now and put everything into perspective.

So now as we prepare for the last Supermoon of 2015 – put everything you want and solutions to your struggles on your list.  Don’t let anything – emotions or situations push you into negativity! Try to be positive and keep a clear mind.

Please be grateful for everything you have and thank the universe for the help that has come your way so far. Put your wishes on a list, burn them tomorrow night before you go to bed and don’t forget to put your crystals out.
