June’s Full Moon in Sagittarius Unleashes Freedom and Self Discovery

The Full Moon in Sagittarius gives us emotional clarity that comes from deep within our hearts. Try as you may to hide what you really feel about people, your life or even areas in the your life, the truth will resurface. This is the time to trust the universe and let her guide you to a more full filling life. This is because we have been cluttering our spiritual layer with “dirt”, the by product of not facing our truth. Like a rubbish bin that is full, there will come a time when you have to deal with it. Empty the bin so you have space for more.

Take a few moments the next few days to reflect on what you are not facing and what you need to release from you life to be able to more on. What is holding you back and what are you unconsciously holding on to? Do you have a dream that you have tucked away and refuse to accept is part of your destiny? Are you refusing to sign a document that will release you into a new adventure because you are scared? 

Full Moon in Sagittarius brings you FREEDOM from Within. Unleash those dreams and let go of things that no longer serve you.  

Use the Full Moon energy to discover your inner desires, explore your feelings and find ways to express yourself. Some of us will find that we will be focusing on passion and having fun this coming week. Sagittarius energy is playful and energetic so expect the unexpected in your social life.

Caution comes in the form of spending money. Unless its absolutely necessary, try not to spend money these next two weeks. Keep a hold o your money and stay clear of unnecessary purchases. The energy will lead you astray so better to be safe than sorry!

  • Write your wishlist – things you WANT in your life

  • Put your crystals out tonight or tomorrow evening to cleanse and energise them

  • Pay attention to any dreams you may have this next couple of days. Our soul and Spirit use dream time as a way to send us signs and messages. Keep paper and pen next to your bed.

Turn the Tables on Fear

How many times have you talked yourself out of doing something because you were afraid? Have you stopped from applying for a job after looking at the job description saying to yourself “I can’t do this” or decline a date just because of fear?

What is the one thing, apart from the obvious, that sets you apart from a toddler? FEAR. They are pretty much fearless aren’t they? They learn as they are growing up that fire is dangerous, fall off high things will hurt, they shouldn’t make too much noise, and most often than not, they will not get presents at Christmas if they misbehave. We somehow get reprogrammed throughout our lives with negative such as fear which then dents our confidence, self image and worth. Image result for fear

Most of us go about life with tags attached to ourselves which influence every aspect of our personality and actions. Imagine a virus embedded within our software than runs “programme Angela” or “programme Jessy”. Signals are sent out as to reprogrammed actions and reactions. Everything you do, say or feel may be influenced by that one little forgotten code.

Imagine for a moment that software is our brain and the virus is fear.  Now see how it can trigger and influence your feelings, actions and reactions throughout your life.

In a weird way, fear can manifest like a real person for some people. Someone who is constantly judging, watching and influencing you. It can make you feel unsafe, unworthy, incapable and simply afraid.

What works for me? God only knows how hard it is to put yourself out there and I do that constantly. Am I that confident? No at all. I give people the impression I am but I am shy and get very nervous when I have to face an audience. I am slowly letting go of fear and re-programme myself.

What you can do to help yourself:

  • Talk yourself out of fear – when you are about to say no to something that you know could be fun, good for you or change your life – have a conversation aloud with yourself. Ask yourself “why shouldn’t I do this? Or “Why is this a bad thing? And go through the pros and cons with FEAR. If you feel strange about speaking to yourself above, then write it down. This will be a good way for you to focus on why you SHOULD do it rather than the vague “don’t do it” that hovers in the corners of your mind.
  • Say to yourself “so what” when those negative thoughts pop in Create time for yourself – quiet room, soft music, incense and a comfy position. Close your eyes and go back to good memories from your youth or childhood. Think about how you felt – carefree, fearless, able, willing and happy. Think about achievements, how it felt. Go deep into the memory and really feel the moment. Hold that feeling and think about the one thing in your life right now that is bothering you. Now see the memory washing over your dilemma. Sense how it changes everything. Keep doing this daily and I sincerely believe you will see things from a different perspective
  • Our society and conditioning has created an over thinking culture. We analyse things to death and often to our own detriment. Stop yourself from over analysing and just do things without thinking. Obviously you would need to be very careful about certain things.
  • Sometimes its the small things that really affect us the most. It is not that being able to afford the dream house that is making you unhappy. It could be your image or loneliness. Perhaps you have always worn long skirts and hate your grey hair but too afraid to change! You could well be saying “people will laugh at me if I dyed my hair! In the long run, people’s judgement isn’t important if it makes you happy isn’t it?  We all struggle with wanting to meet new people but for various reasons, we find ourselves alone but don’t feel we have anything to offer to others, so step back.  We all have something to offer and we won’t know who is out there unless we try. Such a shame to not try because we are scared. So free yourself and just do it!

Why is it important? 
You know how people say, let go of the old to let in the new? Well this is exactly why. If you want to manifest a happier, comfortable life then you need to let go of fear. The more you let go of negative thoughts and feelings, the higher your vibration. It unblocks your flow and allows you to manifest and bring us closer to our soul purpose. Fear is crippling and fear can stop you from living the life you are meant to be living.

I hope this helps you look at something you are dealing with differently. I struggle with doing videos and I remember saying every time I did one last year “I hate how I sound” but I kept doing it and of course it was scary as I wondered if anyone would listen to it or who was laughing at me!  But these days the words flow I am focusing on what I am saying and the feedback from people who listened to it inspires me to go on. I cannot help feeling proud of myself.

Top 5 things to do to navigate through this intense energy 

These last couple of weeks have been intense for many people. We have been caught between the lunar eclipse which was near the last full moon on Feb 11 and the solar eclipse on February 26th. The eclipses magnify the energy but they also bring about stormy conditions. Much like Doris which is causing havoc in the UK right now. In every situation, we have a choice – to ride it or let it take over us. Most of us have been experiencing extra vivid dreams, some of which don’t make sense but it can also be signals from your subconscious mind giving you clues as to things you need to release or deal with in order to move forward. Remember whatever we try to hide underneath the carpet, has to be cleaned up at some point!  This can be anything from an emotion to maybe a disagreement to signing papers. These are the things that are holding you back and needs to be reviewed. It may feel challenging now but like the storm, once the sunshine shines through the dark clouds, you will feel much better.

Ideas and new themes will be abundant so keep paper and pen handy at all times. I remember saying this in a post recently and I reiterate – keep your eyes and ears open. 

The very structure of our DNA and physical layer is being upgraded,that we are being pushed to get rid of the baggage that has been like cords, attached and pulling us back into the past. This is why it is important to pay attention and record down dreams and thoughts that might drop into your mind.

Your brain and crown chakra’s energy will be boosted during this upgrade. This is also why people are waking up with headaches as you need to hydrate! Energy is being used up. Fuzzy head, flu like symptoms and general tiredness will be common until next week.

The eclipse season is here to highlight the baggage, magnify it to the point you MUST face it, and transform. Be grateful for this opportunity to “let go” and improve. You are also being asked to change your perception of people and situations. The reason for this will be clearer in the coming months. The more you try to suppress it, the bigger it becomes and then you will feel like drowning.

I don’t know about you but I have been having a lot of “AHA” moments. That moment of clarity of all the dots joined up together is priceless. Most of us have been grappling with huge challenges recently with nothing being clear causing confusion and stress. Trust that the universe has your back but trust yourself even more. 

I do feel that many of us will feel like one hand takes and the other gives. Something difficult will fall into your lap one moment and just as we give up hope, something nice happens. This year is about balance and the universe will try to strike a balance in every way possible. There is never going to be a perfect year, just like we are not perfect ourselves but there will be little things to outweigh the bad.

How do you take advantage of this energy?

  1. Keep paper and pen handy, especially at the bedside. Write down whatever message you hear when you open your eyes, Try to remember what you saw/heard/felt in your dreams. Date it and add the time you woke up. There may even be a message int the time you wake up – for example 05:55 is an Angel number indicating major life changes and that you are making the right choices. 
  2. Hydrate – drink the recommended amount of water each day as your body needs it right now
  3. Pay attention to the people coming to your life right now. Are they from the past – that you need to heal the relationship to move on? Are people being sent to you to bring up old emotions or issues that you thought you have overcome? 
  4. Meditate – the best and simplest way to focus, relax and listen to your own soul! I have a selection of meditation music that may help.
  5. Prepare for the New Moon – do my moon ritual which is free and easy to do. This is my gift for you and anyone else who needs it. Smudge the house to clear the energy, cleanse your crystals to energise them and write your lists.

Monday’s Supermoon and Here’s What It Means To You

New beginnings is part of the plan 

On Monday, we will witness a spectacular sight on our skies. The moon will be bigger and brighter than it has ever been in 60 years. It is called “perigee full moon” because it’s the closest to earth on its orbit. The moon hasn’t been this close to earth since 1948! 

The weather is so unpredictable in the UK so I am hoping we will be able to see it. As this week unfolded, the energy levels heightened and then crashed on November 8. The US election result was on 8/11/2016. If we total the numbers – 8 +1+1+2+0+1+6 = 1.  the number one is about new beginnings and moving forward. Without being too political, Trump signaled change and a clean slate as far as the presidency is concerned. You can say that Clinton represented a known entity as being Secretary of State and a former First Lady.

I do not foresee Trump staying in power for long. The next eight months will be interesting for America and the world in general. 

Fear … what are you holding on to?

This made me think about how we go around expecting one thing but totally blindsided by certain things that are out of our control. We fear the unknown because its unfamiliar. I feel the universe is trying to expand our consciousness and teach us a lesson in being open to the unexpected. The rules of engagement have changed. So, don’t expect normal and easy. Just trust that its happening for a good reason and be open to change.  Don’t hold to fear as it will manifest negatively in all aspects of your life.

Have you been seeing numbers – 11, 222, 444?

A lot of people have been in touch to say they are seeing 11, 44, or even 22 these last two weeks. The repeating numbers of sequences to do with “1” indicates a new beginning, so if you have been resisting change, take a step back and consider what you need to change to move forward. Some people go through huge life changes when they keep seeing the master number “1111” which is a  wakeup call from the divine. 2016 has seen numerous relationship breakups which at first sounds like a bad thing. However, if you believe in the saying “something’s gotta give” then it makes sense people will either try to make it work or end it. When something is broke, no matter how much you try to hide it, the problems will always rise to the surface until you have to face it! As someone who has gone through divorce and the nastiness beforehand, I can safely say that it was the best thing that happened to me!  At that time, I felt my life had ended but now I know my life had just begun at that point.  

If you keep seeing no 4, this is time for you to put your skills to the test. You are being reminded that the solution is in your hands, take responsibility for your life and act.  It also indicates that to succeed, you need to improve your organisation skills and be more practical. Meanwhile the number two is about patience, going the distance and to beware of your communication skills. Be flexible and open to other people’s ideas.

Moon Rituals 

I know the energy this week has been tough. People have had trouble sleeping, issues cropping up and wrapped in fear. The theme is change and the issue is fear of the unknown. There are plenty of triggers from not being able to see the future to feeling a little lost. 

People are super sensitive and upset now so some of them off loading their negativity into their online communications. Time to take a step back and detox from technology. 

Focus instead on people who love you and spending time with them. Put your energy into what you WANT rather than what you DON’T want. Remember that manifesting is like having a mirror in front of you. It can’t ascertain if what you are manifesting is positive or negative. It tries to make it happen either way. So, if you are constantly negative and nothing is working out, then be mindful of your language and thoughts. If you constantly say “what is the point” ” it won’t happen” “why bother” ‘I’ll always be poor” then that is what will happen. 

Pull yourself out of your situation by focusing on what could happen and then make it happen. The most successful people in the world like Oprah who was poor, abused and had no hope did. Look at her now. If she stayed in that place of darkness and pain then she would not be the inspiration she is to millions.

So this is your reminder to put your positive hat on and do my Moon Ritual.You can do it tonight or on Monday evening. The moon effect is felt in our space the day before and up to the day after the full moon.

How to stop listening to everyone else and start listening to YOU

How to tap into the intense energies of the Mercury Retrograde, New Moon and Solar Eclipse in August

What is your intuition telling you? If you want to understand what it means and how it will affect you, the best place to seek the answers is within YOU.

Listen to yourself at this powerful time. What are the issues that are cropping up, are people approaching you for answers, ad are you facing things that have annoyingly slipped out of the carpet that you so carefully hid under?

The New Moon encourages us to let go of all habits, patterns and even addictions to food, people and situations. This is the universe’s way of preparing us for the Full Moon energy which empowers us to take action to bring about chance.

Some of these issues will be difficult and sometimes even painful to face but trust me, there will be signals by the universe for good empowering opportunities. The best way to harness this energy is to listen, focus and take action.

If things are difficult, then understand that these are the issues you need to overcome, release and transform in order for you to move forward.

Picture a road. Visualise the issues, difficulties or negativity that you are facing now as mud or even quick sand. Now imagine this mud all over this road. Visualise yourself stuck in the middle of this.

Now think about your options:

  1. Stay where you are 
  2. Find a way out
  3. Blame someone
  4. Blame yourself

There is only ONE positive option and that is to find a way out by CHANGE. If you are stuck in the same old patterns or blame games then you are extending that pain and not moving forward. It is like playing a record again and again, like a broken record. You will go on loop and nothing will be different. I remember saying a while back that at the end of every year, say on the 30th or 31st of December, people will say things like “I hope this year will be different” on Facebook, hoping the New Year will bring change. But “nothing will change of you don’t change YOU”.

We fear change but if we look at change as transformational then we can also accept that it is empowering in some way too. If we see the positive in change then there is nothing to fear and everything to love.

At times these hard to face things like anger, resentment, failures and even health issues but they crop up for us to deal with differently each time. When you face them head on, then the transformation happens.

I sometimes get messages from my followers when I share my Moon Ritual guide, saying they hope something will change in their lives or that a situation will become easier. When I ask how they have dealt with the issue, they have no answers. They are hoping that by following my rituals that everything was going to magically happen.

No. You have to take action. Often the challenges are brought to you for to take action and break away from the norm.

Create your wish list, visualise yourself celebrating and feeling the things you wished for.  Ask for things that are realistic and ask for it in stages. The universe can only make things happen which are possible and things you can take action on.

For example if you want to buy a house, you must take action by viewing it, looking into your finances etc. You can’t magically own a house without doing the paper work or putting a bid in. Once you have made the physical move to “want” the house then the universe will have make it happen. For example help by a source of money you never even know existed appears to help you with the deposit.

Or someone asking for extra income takes action by say applying for a part time or freelance job which appears out of the blue. When your intuition tells you “it feels right”, or “do it” then take ACTION and listen to yourself!

The universe can help you by suggesting, prodding, putting things and people in front of you. But you have to listen, understand and take the opportunities. Pay attention to things you may view on social media and your devices. Remember the powers may be have to fight to get our attention these days compared to the old days when the stars, moon and sun were all they needed to pass on messages.

These days they have to compete with videos of cats, quotes, Humans of New York (which is brilliant by the way) and cooking channels. So when you see something inspiring or when your solar plexus start swirling, then listen to your inner compass.

There is only one person who can bring about change, YOU. There is only one person you need to listen to, YOU.

Exercise

If you want to focus on yourself, then sit quietly with some soft meditation music or just in the silence. Feel your breath – in and out. Breathe in and then hold for 3 counts and then release slowly. Keep doing this until your body feels lighter and relaxed.

Focus on your heart as you do this. Think of your heart and then feel the centre of your heart. Allow thoughts to come but think of them as clouds that float from left to right and then, float away.
