If you have been experiencing some chaos or unexpected changes to your plans, these last few days then you are not alone. The Full Moon tomorrow does bring some uncertainty and is meant to wake us up. This happens when we get too comfortable and expect things to run like clockwork. For example I mixed up my appointments on Monday and was calling the wrong person at the right time. Luckily my clients do have a sense of humour and we got it straightened. Today I was heading to my office when I realised I did not have the key! Luckily I realised this almost immediately so I could run back to the taxi and he took me home. I found the keys which was tucked into my other handbag and found a £20 note which I thought was convenient as I had to pay the taxi and was running out of cash. I got into the taxi and he started to pull away but then stopped. He said, “You’ve dropped your money on the path” and yes, he was right! I dropped my £20 note on the garden path. He said it was strange as he caught it in the corner of his eye. We laughed about it and he said “well you are not having a great morning are you? I sat there and thought to myself, actually I am.
If I had realised I didn’t have the key when I got to the door, then I would have had to wait about 10mins for another one, by this time my first client would have arrived. It is nothing worse than standing outside waiting in the cold. I would have lost my £20 and paid £15 for my taxi which would have meant a loss of £45 BUT something made the taxi driver stop. Later when I was sat having lunch, I was proud of myself. Despite being all that, I did a darn good psychic reading for someone with everything spot on. It was being calm in the storm that helped me through this. I also had to laugh as I kept finding feathers all day – on the path where the £20 was, the lane into the office when I got back and then one flew on to my feet as I was walking home. I could have been angry, frustrated and totally annoyed that I forced to waste £15 but then it made me want to walk home as I felt I had spent too much on taxis today. I had a brilliant walk, listened to some lovely music and felt great afterwards. Today helped me realise that I was a lot more centred and calm despite the challenging day. I have always had anxiety and feel overwhelmed but today showed me something has shifted within me. 
Finding calm in the chaos is going to be the theme for us this next two weeks because expect agendas to change, forgetfulness and everything turned upside down. There is method in the madness and you will see the reasons why. The Moon being in Taurus means it influences our desire to be safe, secure and resist change. The Moon meanwhile is all about change, transformation and releasing. This does create a push and pull feeling within us. How we deal with this determines how we progress in our path. This is a positive cycle as it helps us change our mind set, look at things differently and also open our minds to new ideas.
Secrets and desires – all those hidden away in our spiritual closet starts to get impatient. What are your secrets and why do they remain so? What do you truly desire? When is the right time to pursue them? Inner growth and the need to face our deepest emotions will be required this Full Moon. We are being asked to face our shadows and bring light into them. The more we ignore them, the more resistance we will see in our day to day life. Work on them as you will break the cycles you have been cast into. The shadows puts us into the victim, aggressor or rescuer roles. It is very tiring and draining to say the least! 

As Venus is in Retrograde, it is time to review your relationships. This is not only for love but also extends to family and even friends. We will look at what is working and what is not. There is some excitement in this area though as many of us will renew our feelings for partners and there may even be some good news for those seeking love. Use the energy of the Full Moon to manifest your relationships – put on your wishlist who you want to meet and how you want to feel. Do your moon ritual before Friday, Oct 25th!
For those in a relationship – your self-worth will be in question. This is not a bad thing. It give you an opportunity to review and open up a conversation that needed to happen. If you have been experiencing a stalemate situation then expect the Universe energy to push you into making a decision or having to react to decisions made for you. Uranus will shake things up for us but it will leave us with the crud that we need to release. There will be some unexpected changes to the plan, opportunities that may come out of the blue. There will also be people entering your life this next two weeks. Yes it sounds hectic and challenging but just stay CALM. It will be OKAY!
There will be discussions about money. If you have been rather careless about money or disorganised then this Full Moon will teach you to change your ways. We are being asked to look at building our finances and the long term. Be open to opportunities that fall into your hands, which may not feel like one at first. Do your research and try to get as much information as possible before committing.
This is also a good time to be close to water if you can otherwise try to take a warm bath with some essential oils or some lovely scented candles.

Ten Steps to Start 2018 Positively

The energy, like the stress levels rises up and down at this time of the year. We go through the stress, the happy phase and then a dip into the depression of everything being over so quickly. Before we can take a deep breath, 2018 is around the corner and then another stress pike hits us. Then the general deflation of going back to work and dealing with the endless advertising for gym memberships and diet deals slam dunk us into another vicious cycle of the blues. Image result for 2018

We do this every year and yet we start off the year with this brilliant hang over energy hoping to forget the year that has been and put all our eggs into the new year which is like telling a new starter in a company that they are to be this or that. Imagine the pressure of living up to people’s expectations!

The thing is, the New Year is LIFE. There are some things is in your control and others, that are not. You cannot control who will die, who will have a terminal illness, how your company is run and how that will affect your employment nor can you stop yourself from feeling unhappy.

You can however try to be kind to yourself so that will start a circle of good things around you, deal with situations better, go see the doctor if you feel ill and prevent a bigger illness, take care of yourself, attract the right people, and do more of happy. You can stop going into one relationship to the other, you can set aside time to study or improve your skills, spend time with people you love, plan things and be in control of what you can achieve in your life.

Start of 2018 in a more positive way. Here is a list of things you can put into practice before or on the first week of the New Year. You will need a new note book or a sheet of paper for some of the ideas below.

1. Learn from the Bad stuff

The problem with wishing away the year is that we miss out on the lessons or the positives that could push us forward in 2018. There are so many good things that have happened, bad stuff also have good things in them and lessons to be learned. Remember in the darkness there is always light, we just have to find it. What did you learn from that experience? Did you find that you were a lot stronger than you thought? Were you able to stand up for yourself in a positive away? Draw two columns in a note book or sheet. Mark one, “Situation” and the other “Lessons”. You can also add another two column to indicate date/time and another for “Positive/Negative”. Now write down as clearly and succinctly as possible what happened and the in lessons, think of how you overcame, reacted or learned from the situation. There is no right or wrong answers, this is about YOU and how it affected you. If you decided on the positive/negative then indicate what the outcome for you was. You can list as many or as little as you want. Once you have finished, take a look, read through and see how your words make you feel and look at how many positives or negatives occurred. This is a great exercise as if you encounter similar or recurring situations in 2018. You can go back and see the pattern forming and you will have another revelation or learning to uncover. 2. Letting Go – This is simply to put on paper, the things you feel you need to “let go” off – emotions, attitudes or habits that you feel stops you from going forward

3. Spring clean – start the New Year with a clean slate. Decluttering the house can be the start of the clearing of the mind. Get rid of the things you don’t need. Do this in a mindful way so that you are not thinking of anything other than what you are doing in the moment. Give away or throw but get the house in order. This helps to get your own mind in order and focused.

4. Gratitude Jar – this is a good time to open your jar and start reading the good stuff that happened over the year. If you don’t have one, then start a new one for 2018. Get an old large jar and decorate it as you will. Write down your day or week’s highlight into the jar as often as you can. Open up and read around this time next year.

5. Friends & Family – write down a list of people you would like to spend more time with in 2018. This is even people you are no longer speaking to or haven’t been in touch with. Put down an activity or even a place you would like to be with them, next to their name. Make it a realistic list and an activity. Go back later this year to reflect on how you can make it happen or be surprised at who calls or messages you in the year. Write down another list of people who make you feel bad or guilty. Let this list serve you when you encounter the same patterns the coming year. You have choices and options. Never feel that you MUST or NEED to spend time with anyone who makes you feel bad.

6. Write down five things you want to see happen in 2018. This is about YOU so leave out your children, partner or friends. Just about what you want and need.

7. What do you want to transform this year? Is there a part of you that needs transformation? If there is ONE thing that the Universe could do for you, what would that be? Emotion, relationship, career, health, mental clarity, money….etc

It makes my body relax but also create a very beautiful space around me. Create a space and time for yourself so you won’t be disturbed. Leave your notebook or a sheet of paper next to you with a pen.You can do this for 10mins or an hour, totally up to you. Make yourself comfortable and put on the music. Close your eyes and breathe in and out a few times until you feel your body relaxing. Focus only on the chant and let your mind drift to the words. Now set an intention to relax and to feel positive. Write down any thoughts, ideas or words that come to you when you open your eyes. Read through later and think of what it means to you.

9. New Year Smudging & Energy Clearance

Clear the energy by smudging the house with sage. I prefer white Californian sage but you can use frankincense or just a bunch of your favourite incense.  Put on this Mahalakshmi Gaytri Mantra as you do this this chant is calling on Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth to come grace you with good fortune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEcn2Bvakr4 Start the north most area of the house or flat and work around clockwise with the sage, focusing only on your 3rd eye and putting out an intention to clear the energy and for good stuff in 2018. Try not to be distracted and try to keep positive. When you get back where you started, put your palms together and welcome Lakshmi to your house. Top 5 things to do to navigate through this intense energy 

These last couple of weeks have been intense for many people. We have been caught between the lunar eclipse which was near the last full moon on Feb 11 and the solar eclipse on February 26th. The eclipses magnify the energy but they also bring about stormy conditions. Much like Doris which is causing havoc in the UK right now. In every situation, we have a choice – to ride it or let it take over us. Most of us have been experiencing extra vivid dreams, some of which don’t make sense but it can also be signals from your subconscious mind giving you clues as to things you need to release or deal with in order to move forward. Remember whatever we try to hide underneath the carpet, has to be cleaned up at some point!  This can be anything from an emotion to maybe a disagreement to signing papers. These are the things that are holding you back and needs to be reviewed. It may feel challenging now but like the storm, once the sunshine shines through the dark clouds, you will feel much better.

Ideas and new themes will be abundant so keep paper and pen handy at all times. I remember saying this in a post recently and I reiterate – keep your eyes and ears open. 

The very structure of our DNA and physical layer is being upgraded,that we are being pushed to get rid of the baggage that has been like cords, attached and pulling us back into the past. This is why it is important to pay attention and record down dreams and thoughts that might drop into your mind.

Your brain and crown chakra’s energy will be boosted during this upgrade. This is also why people are waking up with headaches as you need to hydrate! Energy is being used up. Fuzzy head, flu like symptoms and general tiredness will be common until next week.

The eclipse season is here to highlight the baggage, magnify it to the point you MUST face it, and transform. Be grateful for this opportunity to “let go” and improve. You are also being asked to change your perception of people and situations. The reason for this will be clearer in the coming months. The more you try to suppress it, the bigger it becomes and then you will feel like drowning.

I don’t know about you but I have been having a lot of “AHA” moments. That moment of clarity of all the dots joined up together is priceless. Most of us have been grappling with huge challenges recently with nothing being clear causing confusion and stress. Trust that the universe has your back but trust yourself even more. 

I do feel that many of us will feel like one hand takes and the other gives. Something difficult will fall into your lap one moment and just as we give up hope, something nice happens. This year is about balance and the universe will try to strike a balance in every way possible. There is never going to be a perfect year, just like we are not perfect ourselves but there will be little things to outweigh the bad.

How do you take advantage of this energy?

  1. Keep paper and pen handy, especially at the bedside. Write down whatever message you hear when you open your eyes, Try to remember what you saw/heard/felt in your dreams. Date it and add the time you woke up. There may even be a message int the time you wake up – for example 05:55 is an Angel number indicating major life changes and that you are making the right choices. 
  2. Hydrate – drink the recommended amount of water each day as your body needs it right now
  3. Pay attention to the people coming to your life right now. Are they from the past – that you need to heal the relationship to move on? Are people being sent to you to bring up old emotions or issues that you thought you have overcome? 
  4. Meditate – the best and simplest way to focus, relax and listen to your own soul! I have a selection of meditation music that may help.
  5. Prepare for the New Moon – do my moon ritual which is free and easy to do. This is my gift for you and anyone else who needs it. Smudge the house to clear the energy, cleanse your crystals to energise them and write your lists.

Believe

Today has been a rather intense from both a positive and negative. I have been getting messages from friends, family and followers about vivid dreams and strong emotions. I woke up with some pretty amazing lucid dreams this morning and a few things fell into place for me which was fabulous. I spent this afternoon meditating on today’s energy and asked my guides for some wisdom.
The meditation was intense. From colours moving around me to guides appearing to visions and deep levels of understanding, it was simply magical!
My guide stepped forward to give us this message:
The venom that exist in us, drives us away from our true meaning, the purpose, our destiny, the source.
Keep still, be blessed, be true and believe in the journey. 
You will see the light, the source, the love and the meaning.
Believe.
I reflected on the message tonight and I this is what was channeled to me: The venom he speaks of, is our ego, that drives us away from our true purpose which is to be happy and to be loved. Our ego to want to be loved, to be some body, to compare, to envy others and to attack, makes our lives more complex than it needs to be. It also encourages us to fill up our body and mind with negative emotions e.g anger, resentment, envy, aggressiveness, self depreciation which leads to outbursts, depression, unhappiness and so much more. The guidance is to keep still – by meditation, focusing on the moment and to keep positive. This will lead you out of the tunnel of darkness and into the true purpose of your life.
Why is this message important now? Because today and for the next 24 hours, we have an opportunity to accelerate our ability to manifest our heart’s desire. Remember that we manifest both good and the bad. Therefore on days like today and on New/Full moons, you need to be aware of what you are manifesting. If you go about the whole day being angry, speaking negatively and saying things like “I will NEVER be able to do…..” or wishing bad things on other people, you will be reflecting it all back to yourself. Always think of a mirror in front of you and things you are wishing for, good or bad, bouncing off and coming back to you.
I was very aware of the fact that I had fallen into a deep altered state and I do that very regularly. It was hard in the early days when I started to meditate. I did all the things people tell me – fall asleep, couldn’t focus and kept being distracted by thoughts. But with enough practice and dedication, it becomes easier and natural. I do have days when my mind won’t settle and I just leave it and do it at another time or another day. You don’t HAVE to meditate, you should WANT to meditate. If it becomes a chore, it will be difficult and frustrating. Once you feel its a pleasure, a treat or a fun thing to do, then it becomes easier and part of your routine.
Today I was shown like a few days ago, some future life visions. It was like someone was taking me into the future where some of the things I am trying to manifest has already happened. I did not even set the intention for this when I started to mediate so I was deeply surprised by what I experienced. I can’t really go into some of the things I saw as its personal but I was given a message about a future event which we will be hearing about.
I was taken deep into the sea where the waters were dark and the light to the surface was so far away that it seemed almost impossible to reach. I could not see any form of life around me. Hardly any fish or sea life that I could recognise or detect. I looked ahead and I saw sharp dagger like things jutting out. I knew that although we were deep down in the ocean, we were no where near the sea bed. And then as I looked further and and further into this range of pointy reefs, I noticed an object. It was a plane and it had nose dived into the ocean. It was still in tact and I was told the passengers were still inside this plane and that they had all passed fairly quickly. 
Part of me wanted to rush over as fast as I could to help but I knew I was merely an observer. The next message scared me. My other guide, the Indian, whispered ” Madagascar to Philippines” and then he said, a water related disaster is coming. I wrote down some of the words but also sketched a swirl like a tornado. He also showed me the plane dislodge itself from this reef. I sat and reflected on this message and it became clear that some sort of disaster would occur and the plane will be found. Which plane, when, where ……they were not clear. I will continue to ask them for guidance. 
What ever it is, I ask for mercy for the innocent and the poor. The world needs more peace, love and prosperity, not pain. I finished with a deep healing session for family and friends. I also feel i connected with someone who was spitting blood. It was really vivid and I felt like this person needs some support. There were lots of lovely spirit families around when I sent off the distance healing. It was so powerful and lovely.

Blue Moon – or should we call it the Truth Moon?

I recently talked about our life purpose and about speaking the truth in my blog post – Life Purpose  It was one of my full blown channeled writing for which I received lots of great feedback and lovely messages by people who resonated with my writing. I am always very touched and humbled when this happens. 

Well we are coming to full circle this weekend, starting with tomorrow’s full moon which is also called the “blue moon”. This is an important but emotional full moon for the sensitive, empath and those with fiery tempers. Things have been cropping up to challenge you lately from people pushing you for answers to finding out the truth a situation, the motives behind certain situations which has been hidden from you. The challenge is not what you are being faced with – it is HOW you deal or face it which will make the difference. Your spiritual lesson this weekend is about options and perspective. Use it to your advantage. You may well surprise yourself and realise how you have changed! 

The Blue Moon isn’t actually blue but WIKI suggests its related to the fact its a rare occurrence of 13 moons a year rather than 12 and perhaps this is where “once in a blue moon” comes from. The spiritual meaning relates to the Throat chakra which influences our communications and the “truth”. This is your time to shine and be brave. Take the bull by the horns and get yourself into gear.  Stop being led and be the one leading. I sense a lot people cutting ties with people and situations which no longer serve their highest good. Some of you may feel like everything is crumbling under your feet but please believe that you are strong, able and finally free to do what you want. Don’t be afraid, be positive and see every challenge as a reason to succeed. 

If it all gets a little too much then go back to basics – take a deep breath, take a walk, listen to music – do whatever you need to do to keep calm.  Take your time, rest, drink plenty of water and ride the tide. You will feel better and have clarity in the next days and weeks. 

This is such a strong time for manifesting and getting your heart’s desire from a dream into a reality so don’t give up! Read my article on Full Moon Rituals to positively harness the energy that is being given to us. 

Tomorrow’s Blue Moon has a stronger significance because it falls on the 21st which totals to 3 which is all about communication and expressing yourself! The number 3 also signifies growth, abundance and a powerful manifesting vibration! What does this mean? personal growth allows us to grow closer to our life purpose. For example if you are in a 9-5 office job but your life purpose is really to start your own business then a catalyst must be found to trigger this “new life”.  It could be being made redundant, your office moving to a different city or even being fired, which sounds horrible but there needs to be a reason for that next step and if you are too comfortable, nothing will happen. The universe instigates events which can be painful, unfair and difficult but it is part of the bigger plan. 

The number 3 guides us to trust our intuition, stop listening to everyone else, instead let your own soul guide you to the next level. Be optimistic that your future is in the hands of the Angels, God, the universe or deities – whatever your believes may be. 

I always get loads of downloads and messages in my dreams close to and during  full moons  which I write down in my dream book the moment  I wake up.  Its great way to keep track of your dreams, take note of messages and see how it relates to your life.
