Full Moons are all about completion and often very illuminating (pun intended).  We see things come to full circle around the full moon (1-2 days before and after) especially things that started on a new moon or the last full moon. Over the years I have kept track of certain aspects of my life and see this link emerge and found it absolutely fascinating. This is one of the reasons why I write these guides and share my knowledge with my readers.

When we see these links, and then join the dots together, patterns appear and offer us the full picture. Image this being a treasure hunt and the purpose is your life. Interesting right? Life would be much easier to navigate if we knew then to start a new job or the right time to get into a relationship or the type of people to avoid. We know this but as we grow older, the more information gets pumped into our senses and the more caught up we are in LIFE as we know it, that the light that is inner knowledge, dims.

This month’s full moon will illuminate certain areas of our lives from relationships to health. Cracks are starting to appear and show themselves to you. The time has come to focus on fixing it not patching things up and hoping they will go away. So expect hidden truths to be revealed to you in the form of health to truths that need to be dealt with. If you have been trying to hide from yourself then the universe will make it impossible to ignore.

2019 has been a year of up and downs and unpredictability. Shows you where you are most vulnerable to help you fix things. Health in particular – yours and others close to you would have been a focus. Tells you who you need to prioritise and to take better care of yourself.

The first half of 2020 will be busy trying to find solutions. It will be pointless if you don’t know what you need to resolve, hence the energy is doing it for you now. Be true to yourself and try to see what you know need attention.

Collective consciousness is being pushed forward by unrevealing vulnerability – from politics, weather to our loved ones. The reason for this is that the way forward is to work together, to support and nurture together. We cannot stand alone and hope to be counted. We are being asked to help, share and be there for others. This is the only way the world is to survive.

I suppose many of us in this very modern world think the system will do it for us, but actually it is in the hands of everyone to make sure we are okay. There will be system failure in the New Year but I don’t know how it will materialise just yet. I am sure though that we will have to work together to help each other.

As a result, people’s struggles will be more and more visible. Many of us will want to share our pain and stop trying to do it alone. Instead of being judged (will happen but rise above it), there will be support.

This is a cleansing and powerful Full Moon because of the influences – Scorpio ad Taurus! These power animals pack a punch and bring immense strength. Scorpions are small but powerful yet the Bull is big but a hardworker plus very loyal.

Taurus influences our need for stability, loyalty and planning the future while Scorpio tests our patience. The two energies will bring a push and pull effect on our material vs spiritual alignment.

How will it affect us? Well we will need to have more balance in terms of our material needs e.g money, clothes, earthly pleasures while embracing what our soul wants – spiritual contentment, calm, happiness, your body, life purpose and community.

So with Scorpio influencing the Metro Retrograde right now, there is a battle of wills – yours and your Soul. Taurus doesn’t like change but the Full Moon and the Retrograde is all about CHANGE.

Your situation and our world cannot move forward without change. If we had all resisted technology then there would have not been change and advancement in humanity. If there had not been change, then the old regimes will still be in full force. Change shakes up our sense of stability yet it also stabilises us in the long term.

So if you are going through a divorce or a big career change, then yes it will be difficult when it happens but once it is over, you will find that it happened in your best interest.

Our values are bring changed and challenged. More and more people will be taking to the streets and I see that happening by the February Full Moon as well. In fact this will make decision makers have to listen to the collective voice.

Taurus with the influence of Venus brings about love in all forms. Relationships to seeking to learn to love yourself better. Some of you will benefit from travel and learning from other cultures to grow. Travel has taught me to adapt and also to open my mind. I have lived in three countries and been around the world, sometimes in difficult circumstances. I would not be the person I am without travel.

This Full Moon will also shine a light on your emotional needs. What do you want more of and what do I need to let go of? Can I help someone else? There is an opportunity to take someone under your wings and show them the way. You will feel uplifted and energised by this.

Your boundaries will also be tested. Are you too rigid? Have you put up a fence so strong that no one can reach you? Past hurt will come back into your life and will test you. This is necessary to help you understand where you are with your boundaries. It will also help you heal and let go.

The next few weeks will also test your patience with other people. With the festive season looming, most people will be under pressure to buy gifts, present the best Christmas table and have to deal with difficult people. So patience and pressure sometimes cause tempers to flare.  Take a step back and think before you act.  It works both ways, if you are feeling angry then try to take yourself away from situations that frustrate you.

The Native Americans call it the “beaver moon” or the “frost moon” which is not hard to understand due to the weather in some countries. The beavers take shelter and load up their food supply at this time. So this is the time to prepare for the next few months. Therefore we are being encouraged to work on the areas of our lives that need to nurtured, feed our curiosity and start looking at the future.

THREE THINGS TO DO NOW

  • Do your Full Moon ritual to ensure you manifest what you need and let go of what you don’t.
  • Pay attention to your dreams. Loads of Spirit activity and messages from the Universe right now. Write them down the moment you wake up and see how it relates to your situation.
  • Meditate! Create space and time. Leave pen and paper next to you. Listen to some calm music and just breathe. Focus on your 3rd eye and allow yourself to fall into a calm space. Write down whatever falls into your mind.

“Feeling” June’s New Moon

The new moon tomorrow is stirring up big emotions which may have seen many of us tearing up, feeling very upset, and may have led to some arguments.

You cannot keep sweeping things under the carpet – emotionally. The New Moon is helping you to release and let go of some of the negative energy that has been building up.
This will help put certain topics as a point of discussion to find solutions and a way forward. So hold space for yourself, acknowledge and understand your feelings. If it involves how you feel about someone close to you or issues that have been difficult to approach, then this is the right time to sit down and talk openly.

Don’t let your past dictate how you see your future. The very strong and steady message I am being asked to share is that we need to keep the faith. This is the time to work hard to put work into motion but we need to be patient to see the progress.

People will grate on us and it will seem like we are pushing against the grain. Be patient and be kind. They will be going through the same things you are.

The energy will be shifting as we have two big events this month – the Full Moon on the 17th and Summer Solstice on the 21st. The Full Moon will be in Sagittarius which is going to trigger some leap of faiths and activate the adventurer in you. The the introvert and those who are prone to anxiety will already be triggered at this New Moon as you are being prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone. Meanwhile Neptune will be Retrograding on the 21st which is also the Summer Solstice. All I will say now is that you are being prepared for face the music. Time to dig deep and really hold on to what is important to you.

New Moon Ritual:

~ Smudge the house with sage or frankincense. Start at the front of the door and go around the house and back to the same place.

~ Put your crystals out in clean cooled boiled water. Make sure to avoid crystals that dissolve in water. Check this list.

~ Prepare two sheets of paper. One is to set your intention and the other is your “let go” list. Start with your Intentions List – write down what you want more of, in your life. You can be as general or as specific as you want. Make sure it is something achievable. I find lottery wins unrealistic, instead ask for “a gift of money” which opens up the energy for other people’s money to reach you.

~ Now prepare your “Let go” list. Think about what the emotions are telling you, issues that have been cropping up, problems that seem to around you and look at how you can change it – is it your reaction, angry, passiveness or perhaps being too nice? Do you need to change a habit or be proud of your abilities? What do you need to let go of in order to manifest your intentions list?

~ On the night before the New Moon or on the night, go outside and look at the sky. Doesn’t matter if the sky is cloudy, Mother Moon is there. Close your eyes and say this prayer “Mother Moon, energy from outside to within. Please help me to push against these emotions to see from inside to the outside” In a clean empty flower pot or pottery bowl, burn the “let go” list first and ask Mother Moon to release and heal. Once it has turned into ash, burn the Intentions list and hold positive thoughts – as in really feel the things you have asked for, happening.

This is a good time to get some Healing booked in to clear your energy and get some release from issues. Walks in nature and walking barefoot on grass will help centre and ground you. Meditation is also advisable.

Three things to do this Winter Solstice & Full Moon Weekend

This weekend is super charged with energies that will bring change and disrupt to bring transformation. The Solstice is the nature’s way to remind us not to take things for granted that our modern life is fragile. For example all the technology in the world cannot replace the sunlight, and things don’t always go to plan.

We have to be ready to change to be able to transform and shift our consciousness. Because new beginnings are on the way.

November’s full moon would have given most of us a new sense of determination to make things work so new ideas and opportunities would have been shown to you. Hard work and that resolve would have brought in some results. However these last week or so would have seen you feel a little unbalanced.

There is a sudden sense of loss of direction and questions may have risen about purpose. Don’t be disheartened as this is temporary! Just pause and put your trust in the universe. Take all the actions you need to and leave it to work its magic until after the holidays. There are some things you simply cannot rush through. There will be things that will crop up to help you tweak your plans which you wouldn’t be able to do on hindsight. So just remember that a delay or pause isn’t always a bad thing.

One of the things about the Solstice combined with the Full Moon is that it will TRIGGER you but you won’t know why!  Hence most of us are feeling a little angry and some will even experience that sinking feeling in the stomach. Look beyond the situations that activate these response from you. Who and why? What can you do to change it? These are lessons and messages in some way. Always dig deeper than the surface to understand why and then look for the “how”. How to deal with it? For example is there someone who keeps spewing negativity on FB that makes you angry? How can you do deal with it? Unfollow, defriend, block, ignore or just step away from Facebook for a while?  The choice is yours.

In order to shift or grow as a person, we have to keep filtering out the toxic people and situations so we literally leave the baggage behind. So times like this help us to let go so we have less issues to deal with in the New Year. Sometimes it is best to just cut the cord! It doesn’t mean you are a bad person.

The energy feels a little mischievous! I sense that some of us are feeling rebellious and will want to go against the grain! This can be a useful thing if you are someone who goes out of their way to make everyone else happy or a stickler to the rules. Doing things differently and being a little playful could really help you grow.

If you are a little empathetic or sensitive to energy then you will have felt a strong pull towards the unknown. It is like you know there is a big transformation taking place but you can’t put your finger on it. Ears may be ringing, headaches and also very tense neck muscles.

So this means you have to LISTEN more than you talk this week. You are either not listening to what is being said, so trying to hide from the situation or not allowing anyone else’s opinion in. Time to listen to all arguments to a problem and then making your mind up.

With Christmas next week and stress levels being so high, tempers will flare but there are plenty of triggers so just breathe through your anger and even resentment. Just remember that the combination of the Solstice and the Full Moon tomorrow is all about transformation and will shake things up.

However like lunar energy, this will affect people at different levels. Some will feel very grounded and magical, others highly unsettled. This is because we are all individuals on different places on the path so it cannot be the same for everyone. It also depends on how open we are to change. The more open – the easier and those who fight against it will have a harder time.

Many of us felt incredibly lethargic about two weeks ago and very thirsty too! This is because the energy was building up rapidly and our body were slow to adjust.

Another thing to note is that while I said for some, progress will be slow over the next few weeks, others may find themselves making very sudden decisions about career or business! You may have been grappling for an idea or thought for a while now, procrastinating and fearing it but now it will come to you in a snap! It will all make sense in your mind and the decision will be an easy one to make. Expect some ruffled feathers though. Do remember that new beginnings are slightly challenging as you have to figure things out as you go along. It is a path not yet known.

Now the last Full Moon of 2018 comes to us on Dec 22nd.  This is in the Cancer which is a water sign which means there is an emphasis on emotions and communications. A few days before Christmas with travel chaos, pressure to get everything right and demands put on us, there is no doubt stress is HUGE. So it is important to find ways to keep calm and breathe as much as possible before you communicate otherwise it will be laden with your stress.

There is divine female energy associated with both the sign and the Moon. You will want to protect those close to you, almost like a female tiger. Feelings to do with love, nurturing and companionship will be high. Time to protect that fragile heart of yours and also be compassionate. I feel I need to speak to those who have suffered abuse or have deep resentment in their hearts right now.  Forgiveness is not a weakness. It is not a sign that you have lost. Forgiveness is freedom. This will be a very emotionally charged time so do take care of yourselves.

Remember everything you do these next few days will shape the coming year. We can only move forward if we let go of the past.

21.12.18 in numerology is a number 8 day. This is a reminder about BALANCE – power and emotions. We need a balance with both so make sure you don’t give your power out to other people and equally don’t hog it either! Eight is also known as Karma – you reap what you sow! If you put in the hard work then you will be busy enjoying your rewards next year. This is a number that is associated with abundance so keep your thought positive!

Imagine you have an extra-large suitcase and next to it are rows of people who have been in your life so far. On another row is are heavy bricks filled with pain, anger, tears and resentment. Next to them are clouds of laughter, happiness, happy memories and love.

Now visualise that you fill up the bag with people and the bricks plus a tiny percentage of the clouds.  Your bag will be HEAVY! Now imagine that you have to drag that bag around for the rest of your life. Sounds arduous doesn’t it? Well it certainly is but we humans do this to ourselves sometimes.  We do have a choice even at heart breaking moments on how we deal with life. The person who filled the bag with clouds and just a handful of significant people would have only needed a cabin bag and it would have been extremely light. 

Focus on the LIGHT. It won’t hold you back!

  1. Clean the house, get some fresh flowers in and smudge the house with sage
  2. Put your crystals out to reenergise in the moon light
  3. Write down your wish list and the things you want to let go of. Burn on the 22nd

November – Master Number Month of Insights & High Energy

November – The Awakening Month 

November 11, 2018 is a master number day so listen up. 2018 is a 11 year (2+0+1+8 =11) so Nov 11 is a 11-11-11 day.

11 – 11 is a gateway for new energy and this falling just a few days after the New Moon brings in an extra dose of light. November is our PUSH THROUGH month. Some of us have seen major transformation from personal attitudes, business, and changes in situations to even relationship statuses.

2018 has allowed many of us to face our truth. November is going to push you forward and help get you ready for 2019. We will receive a high frequency of energy and healing this day. So please keep your thoughts positive, write in your gratitude journal or jar. You have nothing to lose by refocusing on the good stuff and what you would like to welcome to your life. It is free and if it works then it will magnify the good and help you achieve your dreams. Equally if you only focus on the bad and the “it won’t happen” stuff then you are really manifesting the “crud”, the things you should be letting go, not keeping in.I have already seen some changes in the energy around. More and more people seem to be open to Spirit and spiritual discussions. We are being asked to be more authentic, pure and speak the truth. 11-11-11 is also a “SIX” day which is all about dreams, seeing clearly, and opens a new gateway to be able to manifest your heart’s desires.

So focus on the light and the love. This is special and a rare opportunity to truly focus on what you need in your life. People sometimes tell me that I make it sound simple and easy, this whole “keeping positive” nonsense and “does it even work”. My answer is always the same. It cost your NOTHING to try to be positive and to focus on what you WANT. It is like setting your coordinates on your SATNAV. It tells your SOUL what you want so it can guide you.

You must also take action. It is like wanting to win the lottery but never buying the ticket. As they say, you must “be in it to win it”. Do your moon rituals, keep a gratitude journal or jar and try to focus on what you want so you can receive double the amount. 

Just like a magnet, energy is made up of positive and negative. So if you keep on the positive it will attract and bring more of the same to you and vice versa. Have you wondered why sometimes when one bad thing happens, a series of the same appears in your life?

The challenge is to not let the first negative event to derail you. If you show strength and tenacity to hold on despite the storm then you will make it out and push forward.

Keeping this in mind, use the energy of 11.11.11 to push through the storm and reach for the rainbow at the end. Now here is the thing, the WHOLE of NOVEMBER is scattered with this master number!

1, 10, 11, 19, 28 and 29 are all master days. I found October really difficult and slow. Things felt incredibly sticky and plans kept changing all the time. It was almost as if the Universe was playing with me. So yes it was incredibly frustrating but I felt the energy truly change after the 31st! By the first I had good news and things felt different. The same things which felt difficult in October is EASY now. So yes there is a huge amount of insight and ease this month. I am particularly excited as my birthday falls on the 29th which is another 11.11.11 day! It is not always that your birthday falls on a master number day.

August Full Moon – The Next Steps

This is the moment to put pen to paper. Write down your ideas and thoughts. You will be inspired by this beautiful full moon to get things done.
 
Most of us may have been “led” of been a “follower” in our own lives these last couple of months. Time has arrived for you to take charge and make things happen. Working towards your long term goals and planning the future.
 
Don’t feel intimidated by this. The very thought of committing to a “future” may feel immense pressure to “what if I make a mistake”. Just remember it is groundwork in the bigger scheme of things. Imagine having a treasure map and you have a vague idea of where to look but not entire sure of what. Isn’t that a head start to finding the future you want?
 
Use this energy boost and creative spark to set yourself on a new adventure in this thing called LIFE!
 
The Sun is in Virgo while the Moon is in Pisces. This means you will be encouraged to have order, take charge of your immediate concerns and visualise your future now.
Pisces helps us see beyond our problems and to rise above. Virgo is far more practical and makes use of all tools and abilities. Like the worker bee and ant, it gets the job done. Pisces can be selfless and sometimes run around in pointless circles trying to get things done. Balance has to be struck for efficiency and purpose.
 
Health concerns will take centre stage right now and there is a sense of frustration in the form of source. So if you are looking to the root of the problem then make sure you aren’t just medicating to suppress the symptoms and get professional advice. Don’t let little setbacks make you feel down but make you more determined to get answers.
 
Virgos and Pisces people will feel this full moon the most and will deal with some significant personal issues. Light will be thrown on to relationships and truths that you have been trying to avoid. This is all in balance with the good stuff – personal freedom and drive to push forward.
 
Full Moons are all about energy and life purpose alignment. We have been through the mill with the endless retrogrades and eclipses, pushed to the max and wondering where which way to turn.
 
In this time, the keyword has been “trust” and “hope” that the universe knows better. That things will get better and this was all meant to be. We have been dealing with old issues that have come back, forcing us to deal with it whether we liked it or not.
 
I should know, I had two issues crop up one where a root canal I did in 2008 fail which then led to surgery to extract the roots and then a month ago, one of my fillings fell out. I remember in 2000 when I was watching football on tv with my ex in Malaysia, when the tooth broke when bit into a pizza with dried chilli flakes. Part of the tooth fell out and the dentist patched up with loads of filling. Eight years later I bit into a slice of pizza, about 15 mins before I was being picked up for an event with Fright Nights in Gloucestershire when I bit into what I thought was a big stone. Turns out it was part of my filling. Imagine my stress and anxiety as I was about to head out to work! Luckily my husband rushed out to get some temporary filling and I managed to work without much fuss. My dentist replaced the filling with a more secure but temporary filling. There isn’t much they can do and it would be a case of letting nature take its course. I just thought it was so ironic to have pizza play such a big role in the life of one teeth! A small but significant show of the cycle of life. 
 
So yes, we have been dealing with a lot this year and for many of us, the cogs have stayed in one place for a long time. Time moved very slowly and frustration has set in. Not to worry as the energy is moving now. It is important to remember that when things are not working out, and if you have tried everything then REST.  Always try to understand what the message is being sent to you. There is always a reason for things happening the way they are. Are you being asked to change the way you do things, rest or accept help? 
 
Things will pick up pace and you will be rushing around but bear in mind that it has to be “efficient” and not a wasted effort. Plan and analyse your moves now. This will help you in the long run.  Just remember all the difficult stuff has made a stronger you!
