FULL MOON GEMINI LUNAR ECLIPSE

The Full Moon on Monday, November 30th is a lunar eclipse.  There will be a sense of urgency to put “seeds in the ground” which means you will be driven tie up loose ends or putting things into action for new ideas. If you find yourself signing up to a new course, or feeling the need to speak to certain people or have a spontaneous urge to do something – go with it! 
What you do now will see fruit later next year. It may range from updating your knowledge, putting into motion an idea or taking up an offer. This hits our communication areas – the throat chakra seems to be rather active at the moment so there will be an urge to revisit conversations with family and friends. It may be a delicate matter so having had some time to think, you will be able to find a reasonable and amicable solution to an old problem or discussion. Some of us may even reconsider our position in an argument.


This Full Moon will illuminate our own personal flaws and our own culpability in certain situations. This is a tough one for most people as while we are quick to find flaws in others, we often hide away from ours.
If you are planning on doing any travel at this time (hard to do with lockdown but if you have to) then be prepared for last-minute changes. 
This will be a great week in terms of finding inspiration, being creative and tapping into new thoughts that could lead to brilliant ideas brought to life!  Keep your ears and eyes open for signs, however, the biggest challenge will be to keep your MIND open. The Universe can push the best of opportunities in front of us but if we are closed to ideas then its a missed opportunity.

Gemini’s influence at this time will help us with our communication as long as we step back, to think and have a clear idea of what we want before acting. It will help us clear our minds and let go.  So expect to be processing your feelings and reflecting on past arguments this coming week.
Full Moons illuminate certain areas of our lives and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but intuitively guided to say that health will be in focus for many of us. We may get news about our health that will force us to make changes or deal with medical professionals. Please do speak to your doctors if you feel something is wrong. Full Moons combined with lunar eclipses are a little extra, so it will push us to face the truth that we try to hide from so that we can in the process, release and heal.


You may even find yourself opening up to someone to discuss your inner darkest fears which will help you process a past hurt. The lunar eclipse will help bring closure to and old pain and consequently, release and let go.  
Some of you may have been feeling very angry and irked in the last week. I have seen a lot of arguments online which got out of hand, sometimes for the silliest of things. There has been a rise in anger and frustration. Try to dig deep to find the source of this anger.  Is something popping up to be healed and released? This is a good time to practise forgiveness which helps us release negativity and blocks from within. Do this simple but powerful exercise below.


Forgiveness Exercise:
Create a comfortable space for yourself. Light some incense or sage. Put some soft meditative music/relaxing music and sit comfortably. Pick a time when you know you won’t be disturbed. You want the space to think, feel and release your emotions. It is hard to do it with distractions. Put your phone on silent. Just relax with the music and breathe in and out. Try to breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts and release your breath slowly at 5 counts. Do this at least three times and it will give you a deep sense of relaxation. 


Bring to mind a person who has hurt you or a situation where you can’t get over.  See in your mind’s eye the person(s) who may have done you wrong.  Try to see as much detail as possible – what was said, the person’s face, the voices and emotions. Now say to yourself “I am ready to let go and forgive” and then “this no longer has a hold on me” and then notice how you feel.  If you still feel anger and powerless then do it a few more times until you feel a sense of detachment and that you have let go. 


This is a great time to do this exercise as we are on the final leg of 2020, a difficult and life-changing year of learning and change. This will help you leave the baggage behind and ready for the new year.

For those who have been following my energy guides, you know that I pay extra attention to Full & New Moons. These are potent times for energy, the lifting of the veil and have a huge impact on mankind.

Now when a full moon particularly coincides with an eclipse, the energy is magnified and things speed up. So yes, it is important to understand and take advantage of these energy hot spots when it happens.

Those who are aware know when to take action and when to keep still. For example important decisions are best kept on the back burner during a Mercury Retrograde. People usually encounter endless problems and miscommunication during this time. I can’t tell you the number of times someone has messaged me to say “I wish I had read your guide before I bought xx or signed that because it’s been nothing but problems!

Tonight, the just as the Moon completes its cycle and turns full, a lunar eclipse will take place in the sign of Sagittarius. This will affect our life purpose and direction for the next two years at least.

I have said before that our collective consciousness has shifted during #lockdown and will continue to have an impact on our thinking and most importantly, – feelings.

What was a priority in January will not make sense to us post lockdown. There will be more people appreciating nature, wanting to change career and even take a break to travel or move.

Sagittarius influence will help activate the “wanderer” in us. Hungry for knowledge, curious about the meaning of life and breaking free from formal structures.

A lunar eclipse alongside a Full Moon will trigger our emotions. Some of us will be feeling heavy, go deep and face some home truths in order to process these deep-set emotions. You know the saying that it has to get worse before it gets better? Well the feelings will be amplified for you to work on and then release. This will help you with your personal development.

Some of these may be grief, past hurts, or highlight issues in relationships or family

Empaths are going to feel the energy strongly this week. The Moon, Sun, and Earth are aligned today which so it will have a double impact on mankind as a whole. Some of us will feel this more than others. Empaths are open channels when it comes to feeling energy. I know I have been waking up with a terrible headache, feeling very thirsty and my hips and knees, have been very achy. My dreams have also been extra vivid and galactic. Write down your dreams and thoughts as you may receive information that could help you.

It is important to practise self-care and to look after yourselves at this time. Try to avoid being triggered and if this means time off from social media and interaction with difficult people then do it.

Most of us will have to change our mind set where money and materialistic pursuits are concerned. We may need to make do, sacrifice some things and be more careful with money. You don’t need me to tell you that the economy is going to suffer and things will not get back to normal for some time. The more acceptance of this fact will help us move out of this situation with compassion and calm.

According to the Old Famer’s Almanac, June’s full moon is called a strawberry moon which coincides with the wild strawberry season.  Beware of people’s agenda and try to see the full picture before committing to something.

There is a new path – a new way of living, new goals and ideas popping in. So pay attention to dreams and scrutinise your thoughts this week. “Why am I feeling this way” or “Why do I keep seeing this?

The veil between Spirit and our world is also thinner which means Spirits have an enhanced ability to communicate with the living. This could be through dreams, that voice in your mind, signs from nature to even activity in the house. If you have something strange occur in the house then speak to them. Ask them to make the lights flicker, or just ask questions to allow them to respond in some ways. Just remember that Spirits come with love and they miss us as much as we miss them.

We will have the opportunity to put into practise what we have learned in the last couple of months, for some it could be a new skill or business idea, or even pursuing and area of study. A new path is opening up with its up to us to develop an idea or opportunity.

A lot of people are angry and triggered at the moment. How we react is important. Instead of staying in anger and letting it double in size, use it to make a difference. Try to understand the emotions that keep cropping up within you. Use meditation, mindfulness or nature to process and release.

FULL MOON RITUAL

  • Smudge the house with some sage or incense
  • Write down what you want to let go of and burn it outside
  • Write down positively, what you want to manifest and burn it outside
  • Put your crystals in water, cover & leave it outside to energise in the moon energy.
  • Keep a note book and pen next to your bed to record down your dreams the next couple of days. See how it relates to your current situation.
  • Create space and time to meditate. The more you meditate during full moons, the sharper your intuition.

Root Chakra Meditation

I found this beautiful music from Meditative Mind incredibly grounding and calming. Listen to this whilst sitting on a chair with your feet on the ground. Close your eyes and breath in and out several times. Take deep breaths and hold for a few second and exhale very slowly. Slowly let your focus drift to your root chakra. Easiest way to do it is to feel your coccyx and feel as though you are breathing from your root chakra. This will energise and activate this very important chakra which is where our sense of security, foundation, self and grounding is held.

These past few weeks have shown us both our vulnerability and adaptability. It has been a tough time for people who have to keep going to work, for those who have lost their jobs or salary,  those with anxiety and for children who are being told not to go out or mingle with their friends. We have seen the dark side of humanity – the greed and the lack of empathy for the vulnerable by stockpiling food and essentials, not following the Government policies on Covid-19. At the same time the amount of kindness pouring into the world right now is simply stunning.

It has been hard to stay calm and positive when Social Media is full of anger and complaints. I keep falling back into my heart chakra to keep centred. People have been angry and standing up for what they believe in – to be considerate e.g. leaving enough food for others, staying away from people especially the elderly and to be kind.

All of this is a wakeup call for us humans. We have been living out of our egos for too long. The Universe and Mother Earth has been pushed to extreme that something had to give. It doesn’t matter how the virus started, it is when it ends that is crucial.

Notice how the skies are clear and there is less noise pollution now? This time last year, my Facebook feed would have been full of people posting their holiday snaps and check-ins to some amazing places. Now I see posts about creative projects, homemade goodies and how their children are coping with the #stayathome situation. One friend even posted a photo of his badly cut hair as a project to entertain the kids!

This really shows how resilient and adaptable we really are. The Universe is also showing us that we need to get back to basics. The New Moon is encouraging us to take personal responsibility for our lives.

The energy is in SELF. How can “I” make a difference? How can “I” change my life? What can “I” do? These are the questions that will be swirling in some of our minds this week.

For Empaths and lightworkers, you will feel a little challenged. This may come from financial difficulty or feeling a little fragile spiritually. If you are self-employed then the climate of uncertainty will be difficult to navigate. Use your tools and inner wisdom to think out of the box. I know some who talk about meditation a lot but never actually do it to help themselves. Tap into your tools and listen to your soul. The ideas and inspirations are within you. I also feel some of us will be feeling a new “calling” whether it is spiritual or for your own sense of purpose.

This New Moon will help us review where we are putting our energy into. Reflecting on what is working and what is not. This is important as you will tempted to keep going and pushing in an area that is clearly not bearing fruit.

The physical effect of this New Moon is rather strong. Some of us may have had some very intense dreams, particularly feeling like we are “out of this world”. I feel many have been connecting with the galaxy. I have also felt very spacey and been waking up with a massive headache the last few days.

The New Moon appears on the 24th which numerology totals to 6. Six has a very loving and stable energy. It brings a message of choices and also about working together. It also shines a light on home life, many of us are experiencing it right now, except it feels very restricted due to the virus. When we add “3” (March) to 6, we get 9, which encourages us to integrate the physical, intellectual and spirituality. Nine is also seen as one that reminds us to control our impulses.

There is also a sense of “emptiness” which I relate to the solar plexus and sacral chakras taking a big hit from what is happening in the world. Recharge your chakras by meditating and focusing on these two areas.

Exercise:

Get yourself comfortable. Dim lights, incense and a comfy chair or seat on the floor.

In your next breath in, focus on the area between your chest and belly button. Just feel the area and imagine you are breathing in and out of that area. Listen to the music, relax and just go with the flow. Stop when you feel you are ready. Have some tea or water next to you to drink and chill for a while. Write down anything that comes to your mind.

Ritual

  • Smudge – Sage the house using good quality Californian white sage. Start at the front of the house and go around the house to push sage smoke all around the house. Finish at the same place you started. Use a small clean bowl of smudge bowl with a small amount of sage and add as you go otherwise you will overwhelm the house with smoke.
  • Take a moment to meditate and bring calm to your body and mind
  • Write down your intentions list. Put down five things you would like to manifest. Be specific and things you can realistically make happen with some effort. Putting down winning the lottery which has a complex energy will not be effective.
  • Sleep with crystals – if you have rose quartz, amethyst and or black tourmaline. Don’t worry if you don’t have all three. Place whatever you have into your pillow case and sleep. They will give you that extra energy buzz to bring calm in the storm right now.

In summary, it is important to stay positive and sensible right now. Put your energy into manifesting what you need to bring in a new cycle of energy to work with the Universe. Keep your energy field uplifted with music, meditation and positive activities. Time for self care and being kind to yourself.

Mercury turns direct today! The time to be passive and slow down is thankfully over. I mentioned in February when it first started to retrograde not to sign any contracts, avoid signing important paperwork and crucially, to be aware of communications. It was also the time to anticipate transportation or electrical items breakdown. Many of you have faced a troublesome Mercury Retrograde. I know of a friend who bought a TV and had tonnes of issues with it, having bought the wrong mount, faulty item sent which got her really frustrated. Then her hoover broke down! I told her why and she said “you should have told me” I said, I did – its on my page 😁 We had a big laugh about that but I suspect she will be reading my guidance from now on!

So as Mercury Retrogrades between today and tomorrow (depends on your timezone) you will see those things that were “stuck” moving forward. Retrogrades often puts things into a limbo and when it turns direct, we will see ourselves playing catch up.

I used the low energy to plan, play with ideas in my mind, take heed from dreams and meditate as much as possible to get my ducks in a row so to say. Now as the energy picks up this week, I can put things into action. This is how I use difficult energy periods.

As Mercury moves out of our awareness, the Full Moon starts to muscle in with vigorous energy and enthusiasm.

This month’s Full Moon is called the Worm Moon (based on the Almanac) and said to be special as its the first one of the decade. We are going to hear a lot of the “first of this decade” a lot this year!

The Worm Moon symbolises the start of spring and emphasis is on renewal. It is also about putting the difficult time behind us and looking into the future to make solid plans.

Something tells me that many of us will be revisiting some old ideas or conversations that started in the end of Jan/beginning of Feb with fresh eyes and hearts. At times we need to either heal and let go of certain situations or flip it so it works for us in the future.

The Full Moon is in Virgo which encourages us to put in the work, focus and determination without being too emotional. Have you been grappling with some issues recently which made you feel very emotional? This means you are making decisions based on the heart not logically. Virgo helps us be more practical, logical but don’t be stubborn or egoistical about it.

We will see delays lift and new ideas flooding in. Spring into action, take charge and move forward.

On top of this, the full moon is also a super moon so expect to feel a little heady, ringing in the ears, static around your body.

My Spirit Guides have asked me to share this with you while I was in meditation this morning:

The combination of the all the above is activating the Thymus. This gland is located between your throat and your heart Chakra just below where your your collar bone meet. The Thymus helps to fight illnesses and part of your immune system. It is particularly important and vital this is happening now with the COVID-19 scare.

Sit comfortably with your eyes closed.

Think of love and bring to mind something or someone you love.

Place your dominant hand on just below your collar bones, and tap gently 5 times. Listen to this music and breathe in and out slowly. Try to hold your breath for a few seconds before you breathe out slowly.

Open your eyes when you feel you need to. Drink some water or tea and write down anything that you saw, felt or heard. Ask yourself what it means to you and your life now.

Cancer Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 2020

This Full Wolf Moon is going to help us clean things up in our lives. The tussle between the mind and the heart has been happening for too long.  As humans we tend to keep doing the things to keep the status quo and often try not to ruffle any feathers.

The time has come however to take a deep look at areas of our lives that need to be reviewed. This means being true to yourself. Are you doing what you should be doing?

The sign of Cancer influencing the Full Moon means there is a very sentimental edge to this energy.  This will help you see your relationship with others and make the necessary changes to clear the way for a healthier relationship with yourself. We can outgrow relationships but still hang on whether its friends or family. Facing the truth and realising how you feel will help to release or shift the power struggle.

Eclipses can shake things up! So we will see some interesting news that will shake things up a little. Don’t fear this as it will bring some positive change.

The energy feels very direct and encouraging. We are being asked to get more organised and sort things out to prepare for a busy few months. This means getting paper work sent off, details looked and to stop procrastinating.

These are things that hold you back and stop the Universe from being able to manifest.

We are being asked to reconnect with people, find those who “get you” and step into our power.  There is so much divide and pain in the world right now so it is important to come together as one. This feels appropriate as the full moon is also called the Wolf Moon. As we know wolves hunt in packs. So look at areas in your lives where you need to work together or connect with others.

Mother Moon helps us find this in our hearts and lead the way.

For those who did my New Year ritual below just follow No 3 from the ritual for the Full Moon;

On Jan 1st evening – sit quietly or do this with the family even with the kids. Put some paper and pen around the table. Put some nice relaxing music. Here is my suggested list. Close your eyes and breath in and out a few times until you feel the body relax. Allow yourself to let go. Let your mind drift along with the music.  Open your eyes when you are ready. Pick up the paper and start writing the things you NEED in 2020. E.g. – A new house, a relationship, a new job, a better boss, husband or girlfriend to be more understanding, more money, a new car etc. Put this into an envelope and put it somewhere visible. Write “Intentions 2020”  Put this in your Full Moon fire on Jan 10.

Full Moon Ritual:

You will need:

  • Sage
  • Safe pot or vessel 
  • Lighter
  • Water 
  • Glass bowl 
  • Intentions list (pen and paper) 

Instructions:

  1. Sage the house -Keep your thoughts positive, switch off the phone and focus on the ritual. Use good quality sage to smudge the house.  Put it in an unused heat proof bowl and place it on a tray with a lighter and a feather. Stand near your front door, close your eyes ask Archangel Michael to ground and protect you. Ask him to surround you with his healing light. Start smudging the front door using the feather to push the smoke to the area, and then walk around the house, letting the sage smoke touch every window, door, electrical product, pillows, bed  and things such as phones, laptops and tablets. End your ritual by going back to the door, facing north and send out a prayer asking for a positive and happy for you and your family. 
  2. Cleanse your crystals – if you have any crystals in the house then full moons are the perfect time to cleanse them. This is particularly important with crystals that you use close to your body. Take note that some crystals are water sensitive. Do not put amber, turquoise, red coral, fire opal, moonstone, calcite, kyanite, kunzite, angelite, azurite, selenite into water.  Put the crystals in some cooled boiled water into a glass bowl and cover with cling film. Leave overnight to bask in the full moon energy.  You can leave the bowl with water without the crystals overnight and then dip the crystals and then place on a kitchen towel to dry off.  I have done this for a while with my water sensitive crystals without any issues. Use the water in your shower/bath or into your plants. 
  3. Intentions list – This is an important aspect of manifesting and harnessing  Full Moon energy.  Do this before you start the ritual. Put some paper and pen near you and put some nice relaxing music. Here is my suggested list. Pick up the paper and start writing the things you NEED right now. e.g. – A new house, a relationship, a new job, a better boss, husband or girlfriend to be more understanding, more money, a new car etc. Once you have smudged the house with sage, go outside with your list(s) and a fire safe pot or area in the garden. If you don’t have a garden you can use a safe pot and do this in your balcony. Put the rest of your sage that you used earlier into the pot. Hold your intentions list and close your eyes (outside). Ask Mother Moon to help bring you what you need. Burn each page slowly. I like to have a lit candle near me so the paper catches fire quickly and burns faster. Let it drop into the pot and let it burn. For those who did my New Year ritual and wrote down your intentions, you can go ahead and burn your list. No need for a new list unless you want to.
